Italian Farmhouse

We’ve been here a couple of times and it’s good every time. This past time was my favorite. The scallop and shrimp pesto Alfredo I got with the fresh pasta of the day was incredible. The mussels were the best I’ve ever had.

I ordered the chicken Milanese with some mashed potatoes it was sooo yummyy. I was skeptical of the mint marinated strawberries but they blended really well with the arugula. It’s a must try!!!! The fried calamari was good too no doubt it’s the house favorite!

We have visited this restaurant the last two years when visiting the Ice Castles
The first year was 2022 and it was historically cold. We could not make it to.the ice Castles with temps in the negative double digits. Even our dogs would not go outside! We had to eat though and we stumbled on this restaurant..we honestly could not have had a better experience. Despite the weather everyone working that night was amazing. But the food was even better! We are used to great restaurants I our area so it's safe to say our standards are kinda high. This place did not disappoint!!!
Our kids enjoyed their meals, the adults enjoyed their meals. Everyone had dessert and we even bought a case of grog too! The grog is best served warn and with whiskey in my opinion! Anyway we went back again this year for another awesome family meal. Don't miss out on his hidden jewel if you are in the area and craving some delicious, heart and wholesome italian food!!!

Mary our server was very accommodating and nice. The restaurant is cozy and they had a gluten free vegan meal vegetarian primavera, a gluten free vegan build your own pizza, and a gluten dairy free gelato. Excellent place

Special day, Special place. Early evening dinner, as always terrific. I just wish portion size was more modest. The chicken parm could have fed three people!

Had a wonderful experience. My wife and I have never been here, and we plan on coming back. Can't go wrong with Common Man restaurants. Waitress was super nice, and she was very helpful with the menu. I've read a lot of reviews about how business is being conducted, but honestly, not every restaurant can be 100% excellent. But from experience, Common Man has always made me feel welcome, and prices are never out rages.

This is the Most Romantic Beautiful Restaurant ever. You will love it. Had the Lasagna and the Chicken Alfredo. Omg it's to die for. And the fresh bread station is always my favorite

My first experience a few years ago was not great. But I came back to give it another shot.
It has since become one of my FAVORITE restaurants in the area!
I travel alone for work and often eat at the bar - where I have had the pleasure of meeting Matt the bartender (and more recently Shelby!). I’ve been told Penny is great too!
Even though I only visit about once a month, Matt knows what I like to drink and he makes the best suggestions on what to have for dinner. He has nailed it every time! Along with the unique and fabulous specials, I already have many favorite dishes, like the incredible lasagna, “made from scratch” pappardelle bolognese, and the crisp and fresh Caesar salad (with optional anchovies - I always opt in!)
Even though I don’t live in the area, coming here makes me comfortable and happy - thanks to the quality of the food and the wonderful service I receive from folks like Matt and Shelby.
I LOVE this place and I will keep coming back.

Had some takeout from here whilst on vacation and it was very good. Friendly service, good takeout containers and the food was generous and very good.

Me and my Fiancé just got engaged earlier in the day, and we decided to come here hearing good things online. The food is absolutely amazing and I love the calamari and the muscles that we started with! The sauce was to die for !
I got the penne Rosa, which was very very good and my fiancé got the steak tips. I left wishing I had a bigger stomach so I could fit more !!!!

Definitely worth stopping here, and is now one of my favorite places I have been !

Delicious pasta in a rustic setting. We had very friendly and attentive service. There is also self-serve bread station. The bread was baked fresh and was really great. There were an assortment of oils and balsamic vinegar to dip the bread in. When the entrees arrived we were treated to freshly grated parmesan. Both the shrimp scampi and chicken piccata were amazing!

We have been driving by the"Italian Farmhouse" for years and never dropped in till last weekend. A total pleasure and surprise! I had the clams on linguini, and my husband had the Wild Mushroom Risotto. We loved the food , my Gimlet, and the decor and atmosphere. Will go often now that we know.

The setting is a lovely cozy rustic farmhouse decorated with a touch of Italian decor. We had the chicken picatta and bianco pizza. We also had the strawberry bruschetta for appetizer and chocolate mouse and pumpkin creme brulee. We had several drinks that were very good. Everything was fantastic. Our favorite was the super flavorful chicken picatta with pappadelle pasta that had flavors bursting in the sauce. The pumpkin creme brulee was just enough hint of pumpkin in a very creamy brulee. The strawberry bruchetta had several flavors that was very satisfying without filling you up before the main dish. Portion sizes are very generous and the prices are fair if not low. The staff are polite and attentive. Highly recommend this place for any occasion. This place was a treat for us Arizona dwellers!

We always stop in the Italian Farmhouse during an annual family vacation, and it's always good, but it was particularly awesome this time around. Sam was our server, and I have a dairy allergy, which makes it hard to eat at a lot of places, especially Italian places, but that wasn't the case here. Sam, and all the staff that helped while we were there, made sure every aspect of my meal was dairy free, including bread and apps and main meal. The service was phenomenal, the food was excellent, and it's always delightful to have a dining out experience that doesn't yield an allergic reaction. We're obviously going to return, and I would recommend the Italian Farmhouse as well as any Common Man restaurant- I've experienced this attention to detail and quality service at all the ones we've been to.

After my hike yesterday, I decided to fine a nice place to sit and eat. The local town near the Lost River was packed. So I decided to find something on the way back to the hotel.
The name The Italian Farmhouse popped up on my Google maps. Sounded nice.
They had Patio seating, Lawn Seating (yes, tables and chairs in front of the place) and inside seating. They looked packed, but I only had about a 20 min wait.

The offered fresh baked bread with an assortment on dipping oils, all hand made there (apparently in Non-COVID times, it's a bread bar that you go up and get the bread and oils you want, as much as you want, but for now they bring it to you)

I decided to spoil myself a bit. When the waitress came she told me about the place and their specials. One of the perks of the place is they have a Greenhouse in back (see last photo) as well as connected to the local farm, so all the Veggies are Farm-to-Table. One special this week was the capricci salad, They had an abundance of fresh tomatoes. I tell you, it was Awesome, never had tomatoes so fresh and crisp like that in a restaurant before. I also got mussels and fried raviolis. I hope my path bring me back this way, I can't wait to try their Pizza!

If your ever up this way, I highly recommend them. Service was great (if very busy) and atmosphere was relaxing.

If the delicious pasta, well-crafted cocktails, and fresh bred with olive oil weren't enough for you, the kindness and welcoming feeling make this the perfect spot. Having come here countless times, my family was looking for a warm feeling meal during a cold stormy day. At the end of our meal our server was sweet enough to encourage us to go check out the perfect rainbow outside! Doesn't get better than that.

The food was excellent, I had the eggplant Parm and it was the best I've had in New Hampshire. It was fresh and the pasta was cooked perfectly. On top of the great food our wait person, Lindy made everything great with the perfect attentiveness. I can't eat to go back.

Amazing staff, great food, good value. We arrived without reservations on Saturday night in peak fall color season, 35 minute wait, the manager was helping and on my way to the bar pointed out that we could immediately sit in the bar, PERFECT. Food came out quick and accurate. Very tasty feel good food at a very reasonable price, below $20 / entre.

Beautiful venue for the wedding I attended there! Great sightlines overlooking a very picturesque scenery (esp. with some of the fall colors changing). The clear glass atrium/greenhouse contributed to the quaint, rustic feel of the place, and I loved it.
