Laconia Local Eatery

All around a great experience. We arrived early (at opening) and asked for a table. They cheerfully welcomed us in (even though, as we watched later, most were asked about reservations).

Enjoyed the attentive service, haddock bites, Arctic Char, beignets, bread, and more. Being new to the area, our server explained the special night, the venue across the street, and the history of the restaurant.

We were not rushed at all, although watched while others ate and left on their quick schedule.

Definitely would return.

The chicken cordon blue was the best thing I’ve ever eaten! Friend and I got deconstructed beef Wellington and chicken cordon blue to split and both were incredible 🤩 also got cute holiday champagne for new years!! Loved it here and can’t wait come back! Bartender and waitress were soooo nice!

We stopped by unannounced before a concert and they were able to get us in. Drinks are fun, food delicious, and service was outstanding. It got quite busy on a Saturday evening, very happy they could accommodate!

Absolutely loved our dinner on the patio. The food was amazing, flavorful, and healthy. I will Absolutely be back. The service was excellent and our server was both playful and managed her time effectively. Ive had the house burger, pork chops, and Filipino chicken.

Yum! We made reservations for this cute little restaurant where I enjoyed a delicious stuffed zucchini and my husband had a scrumptious lobster risotto. If the stuffed zucchini had a splash of tomatoe sauce it would have been perfection. Service was outstanding, making us feel at ease for a relaxed dining experience.

An absolute gem, hidden in a small town. Local, farm to table fare in an upscale, cozy environment. Every meal is amazing. Menu constantly changes based on what's seasonal and available. Chef is experimental and exciting. Cocktails are delicious, with a good beer and wine selection. Service is always top tier. It is consistently an excellent dining experience.

Delicious food, great menu and the nicest staff! They accommodated our large group and provided great service. We ordered multiple appetizers, different salads and main courses and everything was delicious. The Oklahoma Smash Burger was amazing!

Seth and the entire kitchen staff were absolutely exceptional. We started with the meatball appetizer, then had the pear and blue cheese salad, followed by the risotto, and mushroom bolognese with spaghetti squash… and simply could not leave without having the carrot cake, which was phenomenal!! My Old Fashioned was the best!
We are going again for our second dinner tonight!!

Great local farm to table eatery. Good beer and wine options. Great gluten free GF options. Steaks are good, meat is good, specials are good. Convenient to the lakes region, Lake Winnipesaukee, Meredith, Church Landing, Mill Falls, Alton Bay, and great hotels. Treat yourself to a nice night out in the beautiful refurbished Laconia train station with nice outdoor patio dining. Good desserts. Exhaustive cocktail list. Fantastic salads, fresh vegetables, beets, and other options.

The best food and drinks I’ve ever had! Between an ice cold mule, perfectly cooked shrimp and grits and a mouth-watering patty melt, I will definitely be coming back. The waitstaff was extremely friendly, fast and attentive. This place is a must!

We were pleasantly surprised by Local Eatery. We found it on Bringfido when researching dog friendly restaurants and was glad we did. The food was delicious. I had the filet with buttered mushrooms and it was cooked perfectly. Their homemade flavored butter was a big hit. Loved how they used some locally sources ingredients. Just a heads up, It was a little loud for our pup whenever motorcycles drove by so may not be the best option for skittish dogs. They even delivered my kids burger with googly eyes 🙂

Absolutely delicious from start to finish. Fresh, perfectly flavored food all around. I would recommend this place to everyone. Service was so perfectly timed and friendly.

Really wonderful food, fast friendly service, and so many gluten free choices. The only downside was there was no dedicated gluten free frying, so keep that in mind. I think the seared haddock was one of the most delicious things I'd ever eaten.

Emily provided outstanding five star service. They were busy but she gave us attention as if we were the only table. The food is outstanding. Local Food made by great chefs.

An excellent meal featuring raw oysters, fried olives and cheese (the best!), pork chop with creamy Swiss chard and an amazing Halibut with blistered tomatoes on julienned summer and zucchini squash. Excellent meal, efficient and friendly service, and reasonably priced cocktails and wine to accompany. Excellent!

Always a fantastic time here. Don't hesitate to try anything on the menu, and keep coming back as the menu changes frequently!

Great place, great food, and amazing staff. Our waiter Seth was fantastic. He dealt with my demented aunt beautifully, maintaining a smile the whole time. And I had one of the very best hamburgers I have ever had!

Food and drinks are amazing. Local sourced and homemade calamari. Best ever.
