I have to say Becca who works in the fish dept. in the Amherst, NH location is amazing! I had a very sick baby betta fish, and she went above and beyond to take her into her care and get her back on her feet. She also helped me get all the things I needed to care for her when I brought her back home. Excellent customer service! 😊

Had a wonderful grooming appointment with Mackenzie. She always treats my dogs with kindness, love and care. I wouldn't trust anyone else to groom them.

Love this Place! Convenient to many other stores and helpful staff. Picking up a nice new name tag for a new best friend took less than 15 minutes on the automated engraving machine. Parking is always easy and several other great stores and restaurants are a short walk or drive.

Took the dog out for a ride to the toy store. We were able to find what we were looking for. The staff was friendly and greeted us warmly. I will be back when I head back up for work in August.

It’s been so difficult to find a groomer for my little guy as every groomer isn’t taking new clients or won’t take doodles. On a last ditch effort we decided to try Petco grooming and I’m so grateful that we did. Sarah in grooming is so wonderful and sweet. She eased all of our concerns and was tentative and understanding with all of our grooming requests. She had him groomed so much quicker than any other groomer we’ve gone to and did so much better work than them. Someone this compassionate and hard working deserves any good things coming her way. I will gladly be coming back to this petco for my grooming needs if only to work with Sarah again. I truly hope all her hardwork gets noticed and rewarded.

I came in a few weeks ago to get a fish and Palmara was super informative and helpful! He's currently thriving in his new home.

We had a good trip, found what we needed quickly. The selection of animals seemed a bit more interesting than what we usually see at the pet store, especially for the reptiles.

I love going in and looking at the animals... They have beautiful parakeets... Wish I could get one... But I have fish instead... The staff go beyond and I cannot say a big enough thank you to (K or C) Krystie and (B) sorry maybe Bri?? But you guys are the Best!!!!!

I never have any issues here. The staff are friendly and generally known their stuff, and if they don't, they know how to find out.

Went to get fish today and the women who helped us was amazing. She was the worker with the fish and reptiles. She had so much knowledge and had so much patience answering all of our questions. She even let the kids hold and pet some reptiles. Give that women a raise! Wish I got her name. Thank you so much!

Stopped in for some fish today for our tanks. Harley was working in the aquarium section. He was very knowledgeable. Extremely helpful . He helped us with our selection and tips to help us be successful with the breeds we picked out . Made for a great experience. Skip J

We recently decided to setup a small fish tank at home. We went to Petco and I can't say I had the highest of expectations for help on getting the tank setup. However, Allyssa (hopefully I spelled her name right), who is a Manager there, was absolutely fantastic. She helped us pick on the tank, make sure we knew how to get it setup properly, pick out our fish, and then even take good care of us when a few of the fish didn't make it through the first day. My kids love having the fish and I was rally impressed with the service we received.

Asked about brands of dog food women was personable and very helpful

I decided to try out this Amherst street location given all the availability. I was very pleasantly surprised how friendly the staff is and how well they took care of my cavalier/spaniel. Sara is very talented and my dogs groom came out perfect! I'm very happy with the services.

I bring my dog here for grooming. Lisa is amazing! She loves my dog and is so good with him. She always has positive words to say and is always so friendly. Also, he is a golden retriever and she gives him the best haircut he’s ever had. He looks great!

An employee greeted me as soon as I walked in, she could tell I haven't done curbside before. She insisted on carrying out my item for me even though I told her she really didn't need to, it was a bigger item. That's the kind of going above and beyond customer service we should all strive to have!
