🌟 We wanted to try Sal's pizza. We're told it's the Best tasting pizza around. We ordered the Lg Cheese pizza. Great Service. On time. Wow, Love the taste of there Pizza Sauce, and Great Quality Cheese's. Bread soft, and crispy. Just Perfect. All Grandma Style Pies, all versions of the Brooklyn style Pizza. Fresh Tomatoes from California. Make there excellent tasting pizza sauce. Great Italian flavor. There Chocolate Brownie's are Delicious too. Love Sal's. We give 5 🌟 We will be back.

We eat Sals regularly. More expensive than other pizza in town, but flavor and style is preferred. Today's pizza was a bit overcooked, not the soft fluffy chewy crust we look forward to, but overall still good. Super quiet when we went in, no other customers, but still a bit of a wait. Tables were clean. Didn't give us paper plates like they usually do, but my kids weren't bothered eating off napkins. Today was an off day for them.

Ive been eating Sals pizza for 28 years since there derry location opened up. I worked right next door and had they're slices (which is 1/4 of the 19" pizza) i love the dough used. Crusty bubbles with a Italian bread type of bite. High quality ingredients make a great pie. I get the same quality at several of the restaurants. Consistency is key when there is multiple restaurants. Sals also has food trucks that come to you. I'd would inquire about that.

Best pizza in town. If you're looking for a personal slice or dinner for the family, Sal's is a must have. Their pizza is very unique and hand crafted. The staff is young but they're all motivated and work hard

We love Sals. Their pizza is the best in the area IMO. I have very picky eaters, and when we order from sals, everyone eats.

Outstanding service-

Went to get a slice of pizza the other day but ended up having to wait a long time. I was kind of getting bummed out by the wait when the manager himself comes out with a box. He walks it right out to my car and hands me the personal pizza AND the 2 slices on top and says they’re for me and apologizes about the wait. I ordered a single slice, which I did wait on for a while, but THIS is excellent customer service. Restaurants are not doing great right now by any means, but this is how businesses show their true colors. This is a restaurant I stand behind and I think the community overall would sorely miss without.

I'm very surprised by a few of the negative reviews here, as they run exactly opposite to my experiences with Sal's. For me, there is no better pizza north of Boston, and the fact that they deliver is a huge plus.

The pies are fantastic. Crisp, thin crust cooked perfectly. Flavorful sauce that's a key player in the flavor profile, but subtle enough to let the toppings shine. And the toppings are great. I ordered a sausage, onion, mushroom, and ricotta pie last night. I've never seen so much sausage on a pizza. And not the crumbly bits like you get from Dominos, I mean real, sliced Italian sausage. And big globs of ricotta...yum. The vegetables were also fresh and plentiful. It may have been the best pizza I've eaten in years. The Sal's family has honed their craft to a fine art, and the decades of dedication show in every slice.

I have a general rule that I don't give five stars to any establishment that doesn't have cloth napkins. The top review should be reserved for that level of dining, and four stars is more than enough for more casual fare. But I'm making an exception for Sal's. There's simply no reason to get your pizza anywhere else.

This is the best pizza I’ve found in Hillsboro County. Of course the hunt is always on. But for now & for review purposes, this place is bellissimo. Plus, the people are friendly making the atmosphere pleasant.

Staff are always willing to customize pizza and sandwiches. Great quality food, pizza is my favorite in town so far. The parking lot can get a little crazy with the other businesses, but it's manageable.

The best thing about this Sal's is that the people are always super friendly. Everything is what you would expect from your local pizza and sub shop. They have a slice (quarter of a 19" pie) in several of the most popular toppings ready to go for a quick in and out or they are happy to custom make something for you.

You can eat in, take out, or have it delivered. Be aware that parking is at a premium if you plan on eating in as it is a small lot and one of the busiest buildings in town. There are a couple 15 minute parking spots if you are getting your food to go. Sal's is conveniently located right on DW highway, just don't try taking a left out of the parking lot at busier times of night.

Outstanding New York style pizza. Subs and sandwiches. Delicious French fries. Numerous entrees. Wide variety of homemade desserts and pastries. Large variety of beverages. Clean, bright restaurant with excellent service and friendly staff. Eat in or take out. Plenty of parking. Lots of seating.

Experience friendly service and great food at the Merrimack Sal’s Pizza. Ordered a large meat lovers specialty pizza which was excellent. Enjoy every bite and since we could not finish it we took the rest of it home to enjoy the next day.

If you're looking for a quick bite this is a great place. They sell pizza by the slice (it's so large they cut it into 2 slices), and it's very reasonably priced. The owners and staff are very friendly.

To be clear, Sal's is not just the best pizza in Merrimack. It is the best anywhere. NYC street vendor and Pizza Parlors cannot compare, Sal's is the best. When talking pizza,.of the non-deep dish variation, there is none better. Sal's is King!

cheese and dough are A+

My only gripe (still giving this place 5 stars) is they could be so much better if they just put some char on these pizzas and thinned the crust down.

Good pizza, great selection of ready to eat slices at lunchtime. The folks working there are friendly and will remember you if you become a regular.
