Since the new management things seem to be better all the apartments are getting remodeled with hardwood floors and it's looking nice.

I live here i keep to myself its not bad here there are new owners there making it a better place

Not a very pleasant place

I went in to try to rent an apartment, the lady in the office was very rude that she made my daughter cry, she had to of been in her 50s trying to look 30. Maybe her side job is a clown? Tried telling me that i couldn't afford the apartments because they are almost$2,000 a month which is well in my limits, after reading other posts about this place i am so glad i didn't get in. What kind of dirty place with bed bugs go for that much?! Do not rent here, no matter how desperate. Very rude service and it looks like homeless ppl live in the lobby and it smells

The guy that picks the dumpsters DAILY is creating a situation that is not healthy. Management is well aware of it. Doesn’t apparently care. He lives in 3E4, so an infestation of some kind is imminent. He is super creepy and watched a woman tell him to stop talking to her daughters. July 16 2019 and he just passed with a shopping cart full of pick’ns. I am surprised the fire dept hasn’t come done on the balconies, got netting around one of these places. I watch people do heroine in the parking lot, call pd, but all you get is gone on arrival, oh and apology for the response time. Secured one door on E wing however it doesn’t shut properly. DO NOT RENT HERE.

Ceiling leaked. Told management 6 months ago. Never fixed. Bedbugs in building, and at least 12 pedifiles live there. It was the worst rental experience I have ever had. Oh. And that's not mentioning the regular episodes of cops in the building.

Some neanderthal that either works or lives here peeled out in front of me and sent rocks flying all over my windshield. Only winners live here!

Management sucks they ask for first last month rent and security Sandra Grey is the manager has no idea how to ru a business very rude to tenants and venders
Building is full of mold when brought up her attention she denies the problem roof in entire wing leaks and refuses to repair roof just let’s people live with the mold doesn’t care about the health of residents

Some of the people here are jerks. Won't let kids be kids. I know kids aren't Angels but let them be kids.

It's literally known to everyone as one of the dirtiest places in town.

From what I have seen of this place it is not someplace you want to live unless you have no other option.

Would give it no starts if that was an option.
