Two words: MUST TRY. This quickly became one of my favorite spots to go to for a delicious breakfast/brunch. The aesthetic is so nostalgic, the service and staff are absolutely incredible, and to close everything out and wrap it up with a beautiful bow, the food here is so consistently amazing!

This place is one of, if not THE, best breakfast spot in redbank. Staff is incredibly friendly and food is delicious. I ordered the bananas foster French toast which our waitress Katherine told us had a sauce made here to order and you can tell. My sister ordered their pork roll egg and cheese sandwich which was also very good. Reasonably priced food and coffees. Solid spot all around.

Delicious pancakes! Amazing French fries and terrific service! The waitress was so accommodating and made us feel welcomed . This diner a great place for brunch . We love the modernize renovations with the old school touches such as the old juke box , a old fashion counter with original stools ! It’s fresh and bright . As for the parking , go for the big parking lot the next street over .

My family was in the area and we stopped here for lunch. Cute little place and the food was delicious. I had a cheese steak and they give you a side of gravy which was a first but very very good. Everyone at the table enjoyed their meal and the waitress was super nice and very helpful. The only thing I'll ding them on is I wish there was a physical menu and not just a QR code... There should be at least 1.

Always a great spot to stop in for breakfast or lunch. In our party of two we had the kale salad with a poached egg on top, and french toast with home fries. They have many options for those of us dining gluten-free, which was great to learn. Fantastic and friendly service. Looking forward to returning and trying some gluten-free pancakes!

Edited to add : Returned today (11/10/22) for the gluten-free pancake and California scramble. Both so delicious! Also had the vegan home fries with my eggs. Delightful!

Our friend suggested we try this diner while in Red Bank for the weekend. Joe, our waiter was great and so was the corned beef hash eggs Benedict! I would recommend trying one of their flavored pancakes too. We tried the red velvet and it was so good.

Eggs and corned beef hash, g-free pancakes, Cuban sandwich, sausage & pepper omelette!...and they offer sourdough toast! 👍

Visited for brunch and had a great experience. Tom was quick, friendly and attentive. Provided great service. Food was fresh, had French Toast which was perfectly cook, along with a side of scrambled eggs also delicious. Highly recommend for a good fresh and tasty breakfast or brunch

Not only was the food amazing but Cathy was an amazing waitress. She had plenty of helpful suggestions about what to order and overall was so pleasant to chat with. She is by far one of the friendliest waitstaff I have ever encountered. I am not from the area but Toast is a wonderful local business that is worth supporting. Definitely worth the trip.

Spontaneous decision to grab lunch here as I walked by. Nice vintage diner with a simpler menu focused on the right stuff. Had the Cuban sandwich with the Brazilian press coffee and they were both really good.

Tom, my waiter, was awesome too. It's been a while since I have witnessed an exceptional waiter. His comments had me laughing for a while.

Very impressed with this location! Got the southwest bowl w a poached egg and the French toast latte w oatmilk. Every is delicious and obviously prepared fresh. The esthetic is wonderful with classic diner feel while still being modern and upkept. Priced were very fair for the quality, freshness and portion size. Highly recommended!

Very cute place and great, fast service. Carrot Cake pancakes & Lemon Poppyseed pancakes were both AMAZING - would love to go back and try more of their breakfast options

Came in with a friend on a Wednesday around 11am. Was able to find parking pretty easy today but could see that it might be difficult on a Sunday morning for brunch.

They've got a cute little front in Red Bank with some benches for waiting.

We were seated quickly as it wasn't crowded at all. More customers came in shortly after us. The waitress and host were kind and perfectly attentive and we received our order relatively quickly. I got the iced coffee and full stack of carrot cake pancakes based on recommendation. Keep in mind that this isn't cold brew, it's just iced coffee but it was still tasty. Wow the carrot cake pancakes really are worth the hype. Perfectly fluffy and contained fresh ingredients. They come with cream cheese frosting and syrup though I don't even think these need syrup. They are SO so tasty.

I recommend coming for these alone as they are a speciality item they do SO well. I very much enjoyed myself here. There is a small credit card fee.

Came in for a quick trip from Ga and found this gem for a great breakfast. Our server, Catherine was fantastic, the whole staff really is awesome. We enjoyed the old school diner setting. Fun, clean, the coffee and food are out of this world. Do yourself a solid and stop in.

Great service, great food. Would definitely be back. I highly recommend this place for breakfast, brunch, lunch. Closes at 2pm so make sure to go early.

If you are ever in Red Bank make it a point to stop in for some good hearty breakfast and damn good coffee. This was our second attempt (last attempt there was a long wait). Our server was helpful and kind. Had the Irish Benny with homemade corned beef hash. My Carmel swirl latte hit the spot. Where else can you get French Press coffee?

This place is a treasure. The food is perfect. The service is top-notch. Rounded out by old school diner vibe, Toast is my happy place.

Love this quaint old fashioned diner setting! The food is fun with a twist. They easily accommodate special food requests.

Old school Silver diner. If you're in town try them out. Good size portions friendly staff ( even for Jersey)😉
