Lauryn was extremely helpful and friendly when we were trying to figure out what furniture to get for our new home. We took a long time to decide but she really helped us figure out the best pieces. Will definitely go back anytime we need anything her knowledge of quality and her attention to what we needed was definitely noticed.

Summer was very helpful with our recent purchase. Other staff were readily available to help since Summer was fairly new in sales. I really appreciated no pressure approach while browsing but being available when needed. I cannot speak about our newly purchased table since delivery is not for a couple of weeks.

We had the pleasure of working with Rachel, and she was incredible! She listened to our needs and gave great guidance, without being pushy. She offered creative ideas and solutions. This was our first visit to Steinhafels and will absolutely be back!

Amanda Krueger is a rockstar. We visited 3 other local furniture stores and were either ignored or the local Ashley topped the cake with the salesperson showing me exactly what I told him I didn’t want. Amanda gave us her personal number and met us at the store on her day off and not only completed the sale and n the piece we had looked at a few days prior, but pretty much outfitted the whole house we had just purchased. Kudos to her, she did an amazing job!

Veronica H did an amazing job. NO Pressure and a pleasure to work with. She was knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you Steinhafels, we hope to enjoy our new bed for many years to come.

We stopped in to pick up a few affordable pieces for our formal living room. Rachel was fantastic and helped us find a love seat and chair that fit both our budget and needs. Great experience!

We dealt with Jacob F. from the Appleton store and he was Awesome to work with! Jacob helped us find the perfect (hopefully, on order) bed for us. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us. I highly recommend Jacob if you are looking for a bed! Thanks Jacob for all your help!

We had a great experience today. No one hassled us at all when we walked through the store. We found a chair we wanted and asked Wes on their sales team to hold the chair while we shopped around. We came back 2 hours later and it took less than 10 minutes to pay and get it loaded up. Nice to not have people hassle us while we shopped.

We went in to "just look". Our sales person, Mary, was very helpful. She answered all of our questions and made suggestions that fit our needs. We ultimately ended up making a purchase.

Michael is absolutely amazing. I have purchased furniture with him a few times now. He is always polite and knowledgeable. The products are always a high quality and he always follow through to make sure everything with the custom selections and delivery is of the highest standard. Would never go to anyone else.

Amanda has helped us with two furniture purchases now and has been fantastic throughout the whole process each time! It isn’t just the quality of their furniture that keeps bringing us back but also the great customer service we receive over and over from Amanda and the Steinhafels Appleton team.

Jacob was outstanding, and the manager on duty on the Saturday we were there was very helpful.

We had a very specific, time consuming need that most places would have just brushed off, but Jacob took the time to help us out and get us everything we needed.

This store is huge! Classy, modern day furniture. Not your grandparents stuff, so that is nice. Tons of living room sets to choose from. Recliners galore. They have fancy display cases for people that love to collect. All around great store.

We were pleasantly surprised to find the piece of furniture that suited us in one shopping trip. Veronica patiently showed us several options and let us talk out our decision. It was an efficient and enjoyable experience.

I had been to several places looking for furniture . None of them were friendly or helpful .It was a totally different experience at Steinhafels.From the two wonderful ladies at the front desk to my helpful ,absolutely wonderful salesperson Weston.I will go back again when I am in need of furniture .In fact I am going back soon for a mattress and box spring.❤

Great staff to help us choose lamps for ourselves and our son's apartment. The selection of lamps was excellent (we had a hard time making up our minds because there were so many possible choices!). Thanks for the helpful pointers and patience as decisions were made. We'll be back!

Sales lady was excellent!! Would give her 5 star. Two associates helped her. First, young man was fine. Second older complete jerk… if he was mgr., fire him. Walked right by us after placing order and leaving… not a word or look at close range!
