Over the many years I have been a customer, the Mark Feivor agency has been available for and responsive to my questions and all of the life changes I have gone through. Anyone at the office who assisted me, and especially Nichole has been wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them for your Auto and Home insurance needs.

Nichole is amazing. She has helped me countless times from changing policies to helping me with a car accident. Not the one to usually praise an insurance company, but Nichole is awesome at her job and deserves a raise.

Was a customer for 20 years, was dealt with rudely over the phone, told them we were leaving and he didn't care one bit. I am now with an agent that makes us feel that our business matters.

Responding to below: We were NOT asking for anything Illegal, we would not do that! We were confused and asking for options and questions, and couldn't get a straight answer. We THOUGHT we had options, but understood when we didn't. What we didn't like is the way we were treated. THAT is why we left.
