I have never had an experience like this buying a vehicle. There was no pressure and they are very honest. The pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely look there first the next time I am looking for a vehicle.

Purchased a used vehicle from Tri City Auto last week. Could not be happier with the process! We worked with Josh and Adam and appreciate the no pressure approach. They were happy to let us take the vehicle to our mechanic for inspection. This is the second vehicle we purchased from Tri City. Josh and Adam are very knowledgeable and make the process seamless!

We recently had to find a new car after ours was totaled in an accident..We purchased 2 years ago after a similar experience and had been very pleased with the support and service the first time around. When we arrived, we were met with a friendly hello and Josh remembered us from 2 years ago and called us by our names. That was amazing! There was no pressure, just support as we looked to replace our totaled vehicle. We found the perfect car for a reasonable price. There was some break repair that needed to be done right after purchase that we had not noticed upon test driving and Josh had us bring it back in and breaks were immediately repaired. Adam assisted with the sale, quickly supplying us with what we needed to assist us in obtaining a small loan from our credit union and before we knew it we were a two car working couple again! Their inventory appears to be carefully chosen and the team clearly is there for the buyer and to carry on a solid business that is honest and dependable. I was looking for a car in my budget but also my style. Joe did a wonderful job at preparing the vehicles I wanted to test drive, and was very nice about which ones I wanted to test as well. Absolutely no pressure when it came to looking at different cars, which was an absolute score in my book. The cars were also priced well and as well as for monthly payments, they make sure it’s comfortable for you and that it’s do-able. Adam also made it a great experience when I was financing my vehicle. He was straight to the point and got everything over with in less than two hours. He also gave me and my family tips on how to build my credit fast and how to maintain it. Thank you again Joe and Adam! I love my vehicle and will definitely recommend you guys in the future.

The guys were amazing! Adam gave me a lot of tips for my credit score and they took care of an issue with my new car even though they technically didn’t have to. I purchased a wrx sti on June 26th.
The interaction was a positive and easy one.
I had the vehicle inspected by the subaru dealership and they passed it with flying colors.
The price on the vehicle was not negotiable, which I can understand in some scenarios, so Josh was pretty good to me on my trade in.
I'd absolutely buy there again.

My fiancé and I had a WONDERFUL experience! My car is just limping on its last leg and can’t be trusted to leave the driveway, so we needed a vehicle asap. Went to Tri City already pre approved for the vehicle we were looking at. Unfortunately, the bank couldn’t cut the check in time before they closed, but Adam helped us out and we were able to do financing through them. My fiancé was leaving the very next morning for a work trip and wouldn’t be home for the next 18 days. Sure, it’s a bit more expensive, but can you really put a price on the safety of your family? My fiancé and I have a 1 year old daughter and we didn’t feel safe taking her anywhere in my car. We got back to the dealership from the bank around 5:15 maybe? We worked with Adam for the next hour figuring out what we were going to do. We got out a little after 6 (when they close) and were able to bring home our new car! We worked with Josh first and he was also amazing to work with. I absolutely loved how completely transparent Adam was with us! Most dealerships won’t break down alllll the things you’re paying for when you buy a car, but Adam laid it all out for us and was very nice to talk with. Wouldn’t mind going back again when we get a second vehicle!

Tri City Auto made the entire process quick, easy, and stress free for purchasing a vehicle. I asked to test drive the vehicle I liked, drove, and purchased it in under 90 minutes. The salesman was very upfront with costs and fees which were only the dealer fee as I was purchasing out of state. The one month/ 1000 mile warranty addition is entirely worth it just in case, and they will pay out directly immediately 24/7 as long as you call. I cannot recommend them highly enough

Josh and Adam were absolutely amazing to work with. Upfront and honest. We test drove several cars before stopping at tri city. This was by far the best service we received and was honestly the best car buying experience we have had out of all of our cars. They both seem like genuinely great people. We feel confident that we got a good deal. A lady who purchased a car from them the year before and was looking to upgrade even stopped to tell us how awesome they were. So grateful for the wonderful experience and will be back when we are looking to upgrade our other car we will be back.

My husband and I have bought TWO cars from Tri City. We were extremely happy with both transaction. Sales people and finance guy (Adam) are very knowledgeable, honest and professional, nothing hidden. In each purchase we chose to purchase an extended warranty. With the first purchase we had an AC issue and a sensor problem. Both issues were taken care of promptly. The repair shop we took the car to (we live 70 miles from Tri City) said it was his BEST experience dealing with a car warranty. Please note, twice we drove 70 MILES to purchase a car from Tri City. If we need another car we will definitely buy it from Tri City Auto Sales LLC!!! I highly recommend Tri City!!!

Awesome people here. Knowledgeable and friendly. Went in to look at a truck, test drove it, worked with the sales team, and then finalize the deal with the finance manager, and everything was great. Smooth as it can be. Highly recommend if anyone is in the market for any car. Do not hesitate to give them a call or just stop right in. Car was just as advertised on their website. Will definitely look here again for the next car.

I had been searching for a double cab Tundra with an 8’ bed for weeks. Not only is this a rare combination but with the low supply of cars everywhere they sell quickly. I spoke with Adam who held the truck overnight for me. I flew out that very night and bought it the next morning. The truck was in excellent shape just how he described it. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, professional and very helpful. The quality of vehicles there was impressive. Highly recommend.

One week ago I purchased my second vehicle from Tri-City Auto. Not only did I have a great experience with the friendly owners and staff back in 2017 purchasing my Honda Civic, but the car itself was amazing! Never had any major mechanical issues. So I wanted to upgrade to a bigger vehicle and decided to stick with Honda and now I have a CR-V touring. I love it. Upon purchasing, the AC wasn't working right and they got it on their schedule to bring back a few days later. They got the AC fixed right up, gave me a loaner for the day, so I could get to work, and double checked the brakes for me too. I was happy with the trade deal for the Civic. Overall, honestly I can't recommend them enough. Great to work with, good cars, honest, friendly, and helpful!! Thank you Nicole, Joe, and all the staff:)

It was a great experience overall. The staff was outstanding and not pushy, everyone there treated you with the utmost respect. The best experience I have had in a long time buying a car. I recommend Tri City Auto to anyone. They are the best!

At first I bought my car from them and the tires were bald, parking brake was broken, water in the tail light, and the AC was making a rattling noise. I had told both salesman about these problems and they did nothing and wouldn’t budge. They said they would top off the fuel for me before selling me the car and they didn’t. The tear off floor mats were left on. On top of all that they charged me for a “mandatory” warranty for 1 month 1,000 miles. I said I don’t want the warranty because there are things wrong with my car right now that need to be fixed.

I talked to the owner and he fixed the parking brake, tail light, AC, and he refunded me for the “mandatory” warranty. I told him I would rate 5 star for that.

They were totally upfront with everything with my trade in( I was not aware my trade in was in an major accident ) they did a car fax on it and still gave me more than what the car fax said. I would recommend and buy from these guys again thank you for making my purchasing this vehicle so easy.
