Illiano's Café

I was there in November and forgot to post a review. The food is absolutely delicious! I ordered gnocchis (I am very picky with them because I grew up with a mom that makes them from scratch) and I have to say, they were deeeeelicious! Their bread is wonderful. It’s homemade! Love this place! It’s a hidden gem!

Freshly baked bread served upon seating and the Staff is friendly and accommodating as well. Sautéed Broccoli & __ we’re delicious. Definitely the best lunch spot near industrial way.

Such a nice place! Came for late-night dinner, food was very good as was the service! Friendly, attentive. The serving size was plenty enough, although I could've eaten more it was that good! Chicken Alfredo very good, as was yhe chicken parm!! Bring your own wine seemed to be the trend, older crowd 50+ at the time, large groups having a wonderful time meant this was a friendly & classy place for the experienced patron!

We took the family to Illiano's Cafe and all the appitizers and dinners were so good. The fried calamari was light and crispy. The special fresh pasta with clams and shrimp was so delicious as was the salmon and chicken parmesan and veal franchise. A nice house salad is included with fresh hot bread. The staff was friendly and attentive and it's great they have their own parking lot. Definitely recommend. And it's Byob. 🍷

Great place for food. Local big businesses go or order food for lunch.

We are visting family here in Ocean NJ. We were delighted with our meals. My spinish lasagna was very good, the marinade sauce danced on my taste buds it was so delightful. The lasagna noodles were cooked to perfection, not too overcooked and not too undercook. It was just excellent. My husband's veal parmesan he's told me was beyond anything he had eaten in a long time. The mushrooms were tantalizing. The sauce was breathtakingly,wonderfully, delightfully good. Yes we would definitely go here again and I highly recommend it. The prices are right in line, the service was great, she was pleasant, she asked if we wanted more, offered us dessert. Couldn't ask for a better place to eat,it's casual dress very clean and quiet. Go check it out, I'm sure you'll agree with me.

The place was very nice and cozy. We got there a little before 5pm so the restaurant was empty, but by 530pm there wasn't a table available. Food was delicious. Large portions. Prices we're reasonable. The staff was very nice. Service was excellent. There were a lot of take out orders. Lots of pickups. I highly recommend this place

Came here many days in the summer. Awesome food, priced right, great service. The pizza and salads are good!

My family frequents Illianos on a regular basis. It is our favorite go to restaurant. The food is always delicious and plentiful. I recommend Illianos to all my friends and everyone goes back. The owner is a great guy who takes pride in the meals he serves. The service is always impeccable. There are only 5 stars or I would rate it even higher. I look forward to my next visit.
PS. His deep dish pizza is outstanding and this comes from a guy who grew up in Brooklyn pizzerias.

Fantastic food, portions, and service. Our server timed our courses perfectly and gave us plenty of time to recover in between.

Consistently outstanding! I love this restaurant! The flounder francaise was terrific! It was my first time getting it there. I usually get the red snapper, which never disappoints! Pasta cooked to perfection. The bread is sinfully amazing! Just go there! Make a reservation to be on the safe side. We went on a whim and had to wait 45 minutes and yes, it’s worth the wait!

I stopped in Illiano's last night half before closing, and they made me a fresh pizza. I was so pleasantly surprised they did this. The pizza was delicious. Perfect crust, delicious sausage and we were very happy. Will definitely be going back for a full dinner as they had many specials we would like to try. Thank you Illiano's.

Food is good so is the attention, seems to be a problem with dogs in the outdoors areas in Jersey in general, owner went the extra mile separating us from the rest of the tables so we can dine in piece with my dog, thank you.

Even though this place is in an industrial park, it has the feel of a friendly neighborhood restaurant. The staff are always friendly. The menu has a good variety of Italian food, and I've never had a bad meal there. The Tortellini Rachelle is especially good. The pizzas are good, too.

Went to Illiaonos Cafe last night for our first on-site dinner since the start of the Corona19 pandemic.

As usual, the food was superb, the wait staff quick, friendly, and attentive. We have been coming here for over 20 years, and it is our "go-to" place for special occasions such as our 31st Wedding Anniverary last night.

We took the outside dinning option. The patio is nicely set up, with good distance between tables, and has umbrellas over each table that also have little led lights on the underside, so you could see without it being too bright.

The chef/owner, Joe, came out to every table, to check and see if anyone needed anything special.

They are BYOB, and provide an ice bucket for your wine if needed. You can't go wrong with any of the numerous nightly specials.

Cannot recommend Illianos more highly. We left an over 30% tip as we want to make sure that this place stays in business, so we can continue to keep coming back

This place has great food. It is great for lunch. It has a great atmosphere and the staff are great. There hot subs are great and reasonably priced. It has the look and feel of a small Itallian Bistro. You should go there after the lunch rush. The Restaurant is usually full, at lunch, with workers from all the businesses in the area. It is near a main road and there are a couple of hotels in the area and it is also a couple of minutes drive from the Monmouth Mall.

My office is close by and this is the best overall lunch experience in the area. Very convenient for business lunches w/ colleagues & clients. Delicious fresh Italian food, friendly staff serving many regular customers here on a first name basis. That's something which speaks for itself. Definitely worth a trip if you've never been here before. 5/5

Really nice place good food! Chicken parmigiana was delicious. Roasted Red Pepper appetizer was amazing. Staff was excellent very attentive and you can bring your own alcohol.

We hosted a repast here and it could not have been better. The owner is so kind and really went out of his way to accommodate us.
Everyone enjoyed the food and the staff was wonderful.
