It was about 11° out this evening and I went to AutoZone to change the headlight bulb in my car. I didn't have a star key to change it so Corey came out and did it for me. He was so friendly and took care of it like an expert; quickly and efficiently.

So went there and bought a dash heater cuz my heater is out of my truck and it broke within 20 minutes but I called the store and they were like hey ma'am if you haven't receipt you can bring it back and we'll give you a full refund and they were super awesome I give the staff a hundred percent rating everyone was great I'm a single girl on my own and I will be relying on the store from now on thanks guys 👍

Every time I walk into that store everyone is very friendly and always sure to ask if you need help finding anything. Aaron today was very helpful in showing me how to replace some headlights. Very helpful. Had a flashing light on my dash and they hooked it up to the computer to figure out my issue and got me on my way in 10 minutes.

Stopped in for a windshield washer fluid sprayer that I snapped off when I was clearing snow off my hood.
I was greeted right away, asked if I needed help, explained what I was looking for and had the product in my hand and checked out within minutes. He explained how to hook it back up as I'm a complete amateur with car repairs.

Great service! Love the hours and close to home! My car started over heating and a man working that evening came out to my car, scanned it, went under the hood to check fluids and so on. Came in with me to assist me in buying the correct fluid and came back out with me to top that fluid off. Very helpful and respectful!

Purchased a new battery here late last year, worked fine for a few months before the car wouldn't start again. We figured it was the alternator, purchased a new one here to be installed elsewhere. Before installation, they tested the alternator and battery and found the battery was faulty. I went back to AutoZone, and they replaced the battery, processed the alternator return, and I'm back on the road. Tedious few months, but not because of them.

Always willing to help- even when they don't always know what they're doing, lol- very polite and professional, though, and will tell you if they don't know something. I love the scan thing they do on your car- it can usually tell me what's wrong with my car and helps me make sure I don't get ripped off by mechanics.

so helpful and knowledgeable. the costumer service is the best. they are also really honest the part i needed was really expensive and the guy told me to look on Amazon b4 buying it. unfortunately amazon was not the most cost efficient. the test batterys and when your check engine light comes on just bring it in and the will tell u whats going on. and they will put your wiper blades on for you there is so much more just go in and see.

I started my day with a bad battery. Thankful I got it started and was able to get to Autozone. They jumped in to action pulling up my purchase history then went outside to test my alternator and battery. They quickly determined it was a bad battery and replaced it on the spot. No hoops to jump through just down right awesome customer service. I highly recommend them!

They were the only ones around that were able to get my wife's Denali a/c bearing (and they had it IN STOCK). It took some work but fixed her air conditioning with a 14 dollar bearing. If l would have taken it to a shop they probably would have changed the compresser for about 1,000 dollars. Was worth the trip here. Just don't put up with the twerp behind the counter that talked down to my wife when she went to pick up the part for me and said they didn't have it when it was on the shelf. The manager knew right away which employee it was when l stopped in and picked up the part myself. Man l hope he's gone from there or got some counseling he's not good for your business.

The guy Tyler at the counter was a really nice guy he helped me with my situation even though I was out out of town in the stress situation he helped me out really nice make sure I got the parts that I needed and he sent me on my way
