McCaffrey's Food Market-Princeton

I went shopping at McCaffrey’s Princeton and was in awe! The store looked like a winter wonderland filled with everything that I needed for the holidays. The displays were very well-presented and they have so many Christmas gifts and stocking stuffers, I personally bought hot chocolate sticks and Godiva gift box for my kids teachers.

The staff is very pleasant and go above & beyond! I was very pleased with my experience at McCaffrey’s and will be returning again for all my holiday shopping needs!

Small but extensive grocery store, part of a tiny regional chain. Has its own brands of fresh meats and other products, and everything is of the highest quality. The staff is friendly and courteous and goes the extra distance to serve their customers. The tradeoff is that their prices are noticeably higher than the big chain grocery stores; a shopping trip here may run upwards of 20% more than you might pay at Shop-Rite or Stop 'n' Shop.

Wow! Wow! Wow! If you want "The Food Shopping Experience of Your Lifetime" shop at this store. As far as selection, quality, quantity and ambience of a "super" market, this place is the "Superman" of food stores. Take a ride, take your time and investigate this place for yourself. You will not be disappointed. (And, while your there, you may want to try the creamed coleslaw. It's one of my favorites.)

I love this supermarket! My parents took me here every weekend as a child and now I stop by whenever I'm in the area.

I came for the first time in a while and it exceeded all my expectations and brought back great memories.

There was a huge selection of items - they have a fantastic bakery with mccafereys-made deserts/ bread, someone working at a coffee spot, lots of pre-made foods and even a good sized liquor area. The bread and desserts were all so delicious! I ate half a loaf of sourdough in one sitting ❤

On August 12th, my family had food catered from McCaffrey's. It was the best experience. We ordered from several different departments and everything was fresh and tasty. The price was affordable. But most importantly everything ran smoothly for our special day. The staff was helpful and polite. The managers were all great and a huge shout out to Ruben the manager for the day. Will be back definitely!

This store is great, it has Beyond Meat, it taste like meat, but it's not a real meat, made from mixtures of soy protein, pea protein isolates, yeast, and other ingredients. Give it a try.

McCaffrey's is our go-to supermarket in town. The grocery selection is sufficiently broad. The produce is fresh, the meat, deli and bakery items are all very good. They have an excellent selection of prepared foods. While not cheap, the products, service and experience make it worthwhile.

I ordered a cake early in the week for pickup Friday morning. They did a great job based on a photo I provided (found online). Attendees at the office baby shower loved the cake and everyone agreed it was decorated well. $15 extra for the custom design. $55 total for two layer quarter sheet with filling.

Great place for good bakery, deli and hot food bar. $$$ , but good

It's truly a great supermarket you can find everything you need very easily. Bakery is out of this world!!

It's so relaxing shopping there, sometimes I go there for the special stuff

Such a great store.. even though they closed 20 min ago matt let us in so my 7 year old could use the bathroom!!

I love the meat department's selection of Niman Ranch bacon and sausages. They are can't miss flavor additions that I can feel good about buying.

I just want to say what a great employee Randy, in deli, is. I called up, spoke to him about what I wanted to buy, since I drive 50 minutes. He prepared it for me and it was great to pick it up and go. He is always smiling and that makes me smile and trust him. Unfortunately the bakery did not have what I needed. Amber, in cakes, told me to call next time I plan to come in and she will make the rolls. Good staff McCaffreys!!! I’ll keep on driving over with service like that one can’t go wrong.

This wonderful, very cozy, caring, family run place is the best! They happily get items that you want in the store, gladly help you out to your car, help you find items, have lots of organic items, and is not an overly huge store! I am very thankful that it is in Princeton!
