PMI Fox Valley

If you're new to town, and looking to rent for a year before buying as we are, these people are amazing to deal with. We dealt with several property management teams, even got approved by a few, but when we expressed an interest in a place, they never called us back. Even after several calls and emails on our part. PMI was accessible if we had a question, we could call and talk to people, instead of waiting for a call back or an email. Even after all is said and done, I was able to get copies of our lease, our ledger for payments and everything associated with our rental. Amazing people to deal with.

I have been renting a house through PMI for the last 4 years and I've had a great experience. They have been very responsive to repairs needed and flexible with my moving schedule. Karen has been an absolute pleasure to work with and is always quick to get back to me through emails. I have no complaints!

We currently rent from PMI & love it! The property was super clean when we moved in with brand new floors & windows, & any issues we have had (like our hot water heater going out & a leak coming from upstairs) were handled as soon as possible. We had a mix up a few months ago where our bank was not allowing us to transfer money from our savings accounts within the app & PMI was understanding & allowed us a couple days to get it figured out. I recommend them to anyone looking for a professional & responsible company to rent from.

I have been renting from pmi for the past 6 months:) I am extremely happy with the quick accommodations and acknowledgment from the friendly staff. I think I only ever had 1 maintenance issue and it was addressed right away. they have definitely helped me feel comfortable when I was settling in my apartment.

I would most definitely recommend PMI Fox Valley to anyone who is looking for a place to call home. The rental application was a very smooth process. The properties are very affordable and they make sure all your needs are met. I am loving my new home.

Thus far we are really pleased with PMI. We moved in last months and being a newer unit, destiny let us know ahead of time we might have multiple things have issues to start off just because they are brand new appliances. This did happen and they got someone out right away to fix it same or next day after putting in service requests. The townhouse is very clean, absolutely gorgeous and their communication, responsiveness, friendliness, and professionalism has been top notch. Thanks PMI!

Very pleased with the home I rent and the service from Pat and his team. Working with Karen to get into the place was great. Communication with PMI is always easy and any issues are always resolved in a timely and professional manner.
