I have always dealt with Dean at your dealership, but it was a nice surprise to have someone like Patrick to deal with… he was open and honest and answered my emails and phone calls. He even came in early on a Saturday to finish up and I could drive away…thanks so much!!!!…trying to keep my daughter at home for as long as we can…we appreciate the help and support from mobility works!!!

To Handicap Van Owners Everywhere,

After enduring the worst customer service experience of my life at a Handicap Van Service Center in Central Connecticut, I decided it was time to take my Handicap Van to MobilityWorks in Albany for repairs. And now, after having done so, I am happy to report it was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

Not only did MobilityWorks in Albany repair what that Service Center in Connecticut told me they would not, MobilityWorks in Albany also offered up a full menu of other repair options, all of which I definitely needed, all of which I was happy to have done, and all at a reasonable price!

Now my twenty year old Handicap Van drives and feels brand new!

Thank God for Jason, George, Mike, Pat, Steve, and the rest of the Team at MobilityWorks in Albany. I will never take my Handicap Van any place else for repairs!

I have had four vans through this company my most recent experience being this week. I have a manual fold out wheelchair ramp on a Toyota mini van and recently hit a high curb that bent the corner creating a situation where the spring and nut holding it were rubbing. I took it in to have this adjustment made before something broke. They had me in in two days and went above and beyond!

They greeted me promptly, took the van right in and 30 minutes later it was done and looked better than new. They not only unbent the part but wired brushed all of the rust that had accumulated on the surface of the springs and surrounding area and touch up painted to make it look new again in addition to greasing all the hinges. Couldn’t be happier!

Laurie & Adam have been great with me from the initial sale to needing service!
I had a small issue with my stairlift and they came right out to fix it.

The team at Mobility Works Albany has taken excellent care of my family. They are kind and reliable! They always try to do right by their customers and care about the journey each family is on. We worked with Lee in Sales and Tony in Service and have felt very supported by both! Highly recommend.

The best modified van dealership for people with all manor of disabilities in the area with both new and used vans. They also help adapt all personal vehicles to the owners needs which includes pretty much all other vehicles, not just vans. I've personally dealt with them for 10 years now, I have no complaints and plan to keep dealing with them for as long as I need an adaptive vehicle. I would give them 10 out 5 stars if possible and I recommend them over any other place that does the kind of modifications that they do.

In my 16 year experience with MW in the Albany area, I have always found the entire staff to be very oriented to the customer as individuals. The sales and service staff are current in their knowledge of available conversions and adaptive equipment. Any sale is geared towards the customers current and perhaps longterm needs, 6 month maintenance is thorough and unexpected repairs are dealt with asap.
Staff is a call away: when I was out of state and my van required special work, pronto, my van man got me set up with a highly reputable area garage that towed, repaired and then returned my van to where I was staying. I trust the Albany MW crew to watch out for my safety and mobilty van needs and wellness.

Mobility Works is a nationwide company that caters to making vehicles accessible for handicapped individuals. They do everything from selling handicapped accessible vans to installing hand controls. There is a service department there. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about what they do & very eager to help or answer any questions. I had them install hand controls in my vehicle when it got too difficult for me to drive using my feet. They talked me throught the entire process, from where to take the driver's classes to how they would be installed & the cost. They even picked up my vehicle the night before & brought it in since I wasn't able to drive with my feet any longer. I highly recommend this company.

From the drivers that picked me up, to everyone I worked with, they were all kind, helpful and professional. They understood my unique situation and lead me to the best solution!! Great people.

Didn't even charge me when they couldn't replicate my issue!
