Zach and his staff saved me from a flat tire fiasco! I had a box cutter stick in my tire, and by the time I drive 1.5 miles to Car X, it was completely flat. Even though Zach and his one tech were super busy with three other vehicles, he took the time to come out, get my vehicle in immediately, and put my spare on so that I could bring it to my auto dealer. He didn’t even charge me to change my spare! Had this happened anywhere else, I know I wouldn’t have gotten the same great service. I will definitely be coming back to give them my business in the future!

Cant turn down a 19.99 oil change and tire roation, also got my transmission fluid changed here on my rav4. No pushy sales for anything visit was fast and hassle free andy and his team were good.

Went here, after going to two other independent auto repair shops, to get a third opinion on any potential rear suspension issues, that I wasn’t necessarily convinced was the issue from other two inspections. Zach & Eric we’re great!

I’ve been to this Car-X location in several occasions and have received outstanding service each time. I’ve had the following services without issue or need to return: Trans flush, differential & transfer case fluids, wheel bearing, & oil change. My truck is in tip top shape. I was advised of possible future repairs with no pressure to get them done today. They’ve always been able to fit me in even on same day requests and the service was completed on time. I had a great experience here. I had to use this facility due to the warranty company on my vehicle. Shawn and Brandon are fantastic and very honest. They have the customer's best interests in mind in all they do. Even though they are out of town for me, I would consider coming here again due to the amazing service. Thank you!

Unfortunately my vehicle needed a further repair that required me to need a ride. Shaun was very informative and helpful for my repairs. As for Ben, he gave us a ride home and was accommodating beyond belief. I would give this guy 5 stars over any uber driver ive ever had. Highly recommend.

they got us in quickly at a time that worked for us. Fixed they tire and advised us on what needed to be done to repair the car. They told us it wasn't a safety issue but something that would make the ride better. no pressure and no selling repairs that you really dont need. While sitting in the waiting room another customer said he only brings his car to Car RX because of the trust factor. Thank you for being honest and trustworthy!

I have always had a hard time trusting mechanics. I brought my car in because it was running poorly and car x just happened to be the closest repair center. Brandon and his team took time to help me out, right at the end of their day. Brandon correctly diagnosed my issue and set up time for me to come in the next day. Long story short...my trust has been restored and i will definately be back! These guys are experienced, know what they are doing and they have great customer service!

I have been pleased with all service I had done here so far. They have been honest and never tried to sell me what I didn't need. I can actually confirm the other review on here about CarX telling someone they didn't need an alignment as I was sitting in the shop when it happened. That is the first time I have seen a shop do that! They also pointed me to another shop for one specialty item the tech thought another shop had better equipment to perform, which I appreciate a lot vs ending up having to pay for it twice. Keep up the good work and service!

I had gotten a quote from another place telling me I needed 4 new tires, all new brakes, rear coil was broke and several other misc things. They quoted $4,700 to get my car back to road ready. Someone recommended Shaun at Car-X, I went in, he checked my car over and when all was said and done, I paid a little over $1,000. I needed new tires and just my front breaks replaced. Shaun was helpful and honest with me. I would highly recommend Car-X. 😀

Some of the best Service I’ve ever received. They got my car in, found the tires (hard to find), And did everything they could to get me back on the road for my big road trip. They were courteous definitely went the extra mile and will service my vehicle as long as I’m in the area.
