Casaloma Creek Apartments

We are just wrapping up a year at Casaloma Towers, and I will be sad to leave this apartment. The units are great and they have very high-end finishes. The architect that laid out the floor plans did an amazing job. Our stuff fits here better than our last apartment which had more square footage, and it really does feel like a home. I will say the floors/ceilings are a bit thin but the walls are very good at keeping out sound from next-door neighbors. Christie has also been great to work with! She is very responsive and she is also the most understanding landlord we have ever dealt with. She treats you like a person instead of a means to make money. This is a great dog-friendly option in a great location. I highly recommend Casaloma Towers!

We just moved into the apartment in Casaloma Creek in March of this year and we love living here!! The apartment is so clean , bright, and spacious. We love the split bedroom layout and the nice big kitchen. The location is perfect, quiet, and close to Costco and stores down town Appleton. We feel very safe and our neighbors are nice and quiet. The thing we love the most, above all, is the new manager (Christie Barlament). She went above and beyond her responsibilities to make sure we got what we needed/wanted and that we are happy with her services every time, from day 1. Her professionalism and friendliness is second to none. We have rented three apartments over the last 5 years due to our job changes and Christie is a godsend and the Casaloma Creek apartment is one of the best. We would not mind living here for a long time as long as Christie is the manager. Also the rent is very reasonable giving what we are being offered. I would give a much higher star rating if available.

I cannot recommend Casaloma Towers enough! We were fortunate to land there as transitional housing before a big move. When we began renting, the property was managed by another group and, to be honest, the service and property were lacking. Christie came on board as the Property Manager and we could not believe the difference! The property itself was better maintained and presentable, while consistent communication increased. Christie has probably been the greatest asset to that property and has no doubt increased the value, while ensuring tenant safety and comfort. Additionally, Christie herself is very visible as she is on-site nearly every day of the week. Her responsiveness to emails, calls, and texts is out of this world and her professionalism is top notch. The units themselves are about as close to Class A properties as you will find in the Fox Valley- they are spacious, well-maintained, and clean. Casaloma Creek Apartments/Casaloma Towers really does deserve high marks!

We moved in in mid December. The property manager Christie worked hard to find us an apartment that would work for our needs. She is very knowledgeable about the property and you can tell she cares for each n every resident( and their fur babies too)! She and the crew made the turnover quick so we were able to move in a timely fashion. The building and grounds are well maintained. We have talked with several other residents and all are happy here! I highly recommend Casaloma Towers.

Christie is an amazing property manager here at Casaloma Towers. My girlfriend and I just moved in and Christie was so helpful and made this move for us stress free. She was able to accommodate us with our move in date and made sure we could get the unit that we wanted. The unit was very clean and since we moved in she does a great job with communicating with us to make sure everything is going well. If I had to choose an apartment again, I would choose this place 10 times over. I highly recommend!

I am a new resident at Casaloma Creek Apartment and my experience living here has been wonderful, so far. I love my new apartment, and it’s many modern features that you often times do not always find in other apartment communities, such as full size, in unit, washer/dryers, built in microwave oven and attached garage. The grounds are maintained impeccably. But the most impressive thing is their staff, who have gone above and beyond for me so far. Christie Barlament, the property manager, and Mike, who is her head of maintenance, are both so dedicated and personable. Christie has been immediately responsive to any questions or needs that I have experienced. And both of them went above and beyond during a bad experience I was having with a moving company, that I had used to deliver my belongings from California. They truly are a part of what makes living here a joy.

My family and I relocated across the country from Texas and Christie made the whole experience very easy. We had to move to the apartment without actually getting a chance to see the apartments in person but Christie provided us with a video tour and answered any and every question we had. I have never received such great customer care from a property manager. The apartments are in a very quiet neighborhood that is very beautiful to look at. The property is very clean and well kept and all text and phone calls are returned in a very timely manner. You can really tell that Christie takes a lot of pride in providing the best experience as possible!

We are really enjoying our experience here at Casaloma Towers. We love the extra space that our new unit has. The entire lot is very well kept by the grounds crew. But the best part about living here is the staff that we rent from. Christie and her staff are incredible. She is extremely friendly and is always willing to help us out. She resolves issues in a very timely and professional manner. It is very refreshing to know that your landlord genuinely cares about you!

I live in Casaloma Towers. It is a beautiful, well-kept, and peaceful place.
It is also great value for the price. I was not impressed by the previous management though, which was not very responsive, but earlier this year we got a new property manager (Christie) and that made a tremendous difference. I have been living in rental properties across the country for the past 12 years, and Christie is one of the best, most responsive, friendly, and caring property managers I have had so far. She goes above and beyond to make sure residents are comfortable and happy. I am, without a doubt, a very happy tenant!

Christie- the property Manager is AMAZING!! I honestly can't say enough great things about her or Casaloma towers. My boyfriend and I moved here from out of state and Christie made the move stress free.Christie also went out of her way to make sure we could get the exact unit we wanted at the move in date we needed. When we arrived to the unit it was spotless. I have never seen such a clean apartment before. Christie is quick to respond to texts, emails, and phone calls which makes communication very easy. Everyone here works so hard to make this community clean and beautiful! I would recommend this place over and over again.

I looked at several apartments before settling on Casaloma Towers. I live in another state and this is a second residence for work I am so glad I chose this complex. The apartment building and grounds are beautifully maintained. The apartments are well appointed and include all the appliances; washer/dryer too!! The property manager, Christie, could not be nicer. She is very particular and it shows in the way she keeps everything running smoothly. The staff who work with Christie are also extremely efficient and friendly. I have never lived in an apartment until now (Im in my 50’s) and I can’t say enough good things about the apartment and people.

Impressive! Love the location, place is beautiful, very well kept buildings, and gives a very safe feeling. The manager Christie is very personable and she makes everyone feel that each and every person is important. A tenant leaving had requested, when showing their apartment that everyone wear masks, gloves and sanitize when showing their apartment. Christine did not hesitate and provided all precautions for the tenant. It is important when looking for a location that you have a manager that cares about their tenants and this location truly does.

We found Casaloma towers just at the right time for our move to the area due to my husbands new job opportunity. Christie had a few available units and we liked them all but went with a first floor option. Everything looks very well kept and all the amenities look wonderful. Especially the in unit washer/dryers! We are moving there in a a little over a week and Christie has been nothing but amazing at accommodating us. She's already making us feel welcomed home. The area looks close to everything we need and easy access to freeways. We can't wait to be settled and enjoying everything Casaloma towers offers. :)

I have had the best experience imaginable working with Christie! We recently set up my mother-in-law in one of the Tower apartments and could no be more pleased with the ease of the experience. Christie and Mike have been so accommodating with move-in dates and making sure the apartment was in pristine condition prior to the move. Thank you again for all your help!!!

Christie was amazing and responsive to our emails and phone calls after showing interest in the apartment. She literally had the paperwork finalized the next business day. The apartment is located in a quiet part of town as she indicated and it is very secure. Very satisfied with the level of customer service and the apartment!

My husband and I recently moved in to Casaloma Towers and have had a great experience so far. The unit was clean and Christie (manager) ensured that our move-in was a breeze. She has been so accommodating and is so responsive to any questions we have had. I appreciate that she takes any and all concerns seriously and always strives to ensure that all residents are happy here at Casaloma Towers.

Christie with Advanced Management has been awesome during my time at Casaloma Creek Apartments! She responds in a timely manner, the grounds are always kept up, the complex is beautiful and serene, and I love my unit. I've never had a problem getting an answer to any of my questions, and maintenance staff is friendly, efficient, and thorough. If you're lucky enough to get a unit, you won't regret your time at Casaloma Creek!

I lived in Casaloma Towers for two years and enjoyed my time. It was a very friendly and safe community. Christie and Mike were extremely responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. They also continued to invest and make improvements to the property to improve quality of life.

Moved into Casanova Creek Apartments in July and I am loving it here, it is a nice quiet neighborhood and very clean property. The management is amazing, Christie makes sure all your needs are taken care of and gets back to you very quickly! The maintenance crew is also great making sure everything gets fixed in impeccable timing. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking to rent!

My husband and I were very happy with our time at Casaloma Towers. The apartments and the building were in excellent condition. It was also great that we were able to have dogs! During our stay we didn’t have too many maintenance requests, but, anytime we did Advanced Management was quick to get back to us and take care of the problem. Christie from Advanced Management is who my husband and I worked with the most during our time there; she was incredibly responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend Casaloma Towers!
