What a great crew. I try to remember everyone’s name but they seem to come and go so fast. Joe and Phillip seem to be the only two I recognize on the floor at the moment. But they are both super nice guys and always seem to keep busy. Try to keep them. These two are always grinding. I enjoy walking in and being on a first named basis. Joe is actually on his hands and knees right now cleaning in front of me.

It's a great place to be at night especially getting out of work as a women I feel safe. There are great manners at this location and after a week I left comfortable. A lot of this is to do with an employee who works nights frequently. Thank you. Highly suggest this location.

Great facility! It’s clean - has tons of machines from which to choose - no waiting - choose the right timeframe, and there are very few people in the gym. Worth the cost!!

It's good and nice. Great for regular maintenance. Would be better if planet fitness had a sauna, steam room. Maybe in the future.

I want to share how polite, helpful & business oriented the manager,
RJ Janiszewski, is at the Rotterdam Planet Fitness is. I go and use the Rotterdam location as my primary gym. I have gone to other gyms in this area with friends and find the staff n gym including the manager is the best at this Rotterdam location.
RJ, is absolutely the best out of any of the other gyms I've tried in the capital district when you have a question about a machine or what machine would I use to obtain this result or to enhance this part of your body and RJ is the ABSOLUTE BEST. He shows you the machine n how to use it to get the best results.
I have even brought a friend of mine that has a membership at Vent Fitness and she has been working out for maybe 40 yrs n is in good shape but wanted to know if we had a specific machine she could use n he knew exactly what she was referring to n brought us right to the correct machine for that area of her body & she even commented that she doesn't get that same treatment n help at Vent. So she goes with me alot now.
So I say all of that to say when you have a superior manager that is that well informed n helpful he needs to be recognized.
RJ JANISZEWSKI manager, is the best manager/employee out of all of the other fitness places I've been to, Crunch, Vent n another Fitness place but I forget the name of it.

This is not my home gym, but I wanted to comment on how well maintained the space was. I visited several days last week and it was always very clean and smelled great, unlike other gyms that have that typical bathroom smell.

Great customer service ... Ryan Duglin was very knowledgeable anfmd helpful

They helped me find my out of state membership and apply it their licattion.

UPDATE: Gym is back up and running after renovations

I recently joined this local gym and have gone a few times and then the were closed without notice. Someone is responding that they are up and operating but this is not true and there are no updates on their local website for this specific site. I went tonight and was disappointed again with the closer sign still up. Please provide an appropriate update on what we are to expect from this location. I repeat there are no updates on this sites website. Thank you. Will change 1 star when this is addresses.

Based on the area I really wasn't expecting much from this location, but I was pleasantly suprised! The place is spacious with an additional area upstairs, plenty of machines for everyone. It's also CLEAN, which is a huge plus!

Recently returned 2 a regular workout routine. Premises completely updated with new and additional equpment. So far so good. Locker room clean .

Great experiences each time I go. I've been going everyday lately, and really enjoying getting to know the employees. Fantastic people, smart, kind, and eager to assist. This guy is always super clean, and in great working order. Big thanks for the employees for providing me with a fantastic experience.

I would like to mention Mike, the professional trainer. Mike is very knowledgeable & friendly. I have also noticed the gym and locker room has been exceptional clean since Mike has been there.
