A short weekend rendezvous with family could have easily been derailed had it not been for the wonderful and amazing people at Kapral Tire and Auto. We ended up with a flat tire on our way out to Corning, NY. I spoke to Chris first thing in the morning and he was able to order us a replacement tire. He ordered two because the tread pattern changed and we replaced both. The tires were delivered to them at the promised time and they were able to squeeze us into their busy Friday afternoon schedule. They have state of the art equipment and their knowledge and experience shows. Matt took great care of our vehicle inside the shop. We were extremely happy with their service and highly recommend them. They are an incredible family owned business. Thank you again!

We were stranded on the side of the highway with a flat tire on our 5th wheel. While waiting for the roadside assistant we called Kapral Tires to see if they had the size tires that we needed for our camper. My husband spoke to Chris who checked and they did have the right size. Since it was getting late and close to closing time he assured us that he would wait for us to get there. We arrived before they closed and their service was wonderful. They were knowledgeable and got the new tires on in a timely manner and were extremely nice. We would highly recommend Kapral Tire and Auto to anyone looking for tires.

Very helpful! Short wait, very reasonable price--addressed the issue and fixed the problem. Especially grateful, as we're in the middle of 'road trip' and are not likely to be back for any regular service needs.

Sometimes, one can't go by one word of mouth and desicrates a business unless one visits and requests their services. I went there for a set of 4 tires, and their customer service was very good and economical. They've been around long before the 1972 flood and a business that sustains themselves that long tells me something. Give them a try and keep the business local.

My wife and I were travelling on Interstate 99 from Maryland to East Aurora when our car's sensor indicated a tire problem. We were concerned as we had just checked our pressure at a gas station, and we still had two hours to drive. My wife Googled Kapral Tire, and we stopped there around 2:30. The manager offered to check the tires to see if it was a genuine tire failure or a sensor malfunction. After waiting less than 20 minutes, we were told the tires were fine, and it was indeed a sensor failure. The manager insisted we owed them nothing. I cannot satisfactorally thank Kapral Tire for their kindness and professionalism. Our peace of mind during the rest of our trip was priceless, and yet, the employees at Kapral asked for nothing in return.

I always take my vehicles to Kaprals, good down to earth honest people, fair prices and no sales hassles got an oil change full synthetic, and an inspection for $95, Valvoline tried to tell me $120 just for an oil change. Thank you guys!

Took my car in because I had low tire pressure. They found a small nail in the tire, put a plug in it and charged me $20. NICE. Most places will have you buy two or four new tires. Thanks Kaprals

I took my 2009 chevy impala there in August of 2017 as a recommendation from my brother. My inspection wasn't due until December but I knew I wouldn't have time to bring it in. I have received quotes from other auto businesses that were outrageously expensive and that I knew was fabricated. For years, I have taken my car to get a second opinion and this time was no exception. I made an appointment for that Thursday. I asked Brian what their hourly labor rate is and he said $75.00 an hour. Most auto businesses in this area are $90.00 an hour! It took about 3 hours to fix my car but it was worth every minute. I needed my back rotors/pads and a right front tie rod. Total cost was $302.28! What I was quoted was in the $2000.00 range. They were professional and patient with every customer that walked through the door. It is nice to know that there are honest people left in this world. I will be going there from now on!

Wonderful service! Worked me in on a busy day to replace a flat tire. It was just before a 3 day Memorial Day weekend. Made sure I was taken care of before they closed. Reasonable rates...great place.

This is where you go when your priority is getting your car fixed, fixed properly, and not have to worry about the garage trying to sell you on unnecessary repairs.
Many times there will be a bit of a wait, but that's the tradeoff for going to the most respected garage in the area.
