Bought two pairs of Wide Shoes in store! With shoe companies designing their regular width shoe narrower and narrower, I am glad that I could find wide shoes in this store for my injured tendons and feet!

Staff working here is friendly and patient! Would revisit again!

After UPS lost my package, I went to runners roost to get Uggs. The sales associates were so helpful, educated me on the sizing of Uggs and helped me pick the perfect pair. Will be going back for all my shoe needs!

The gentleman was very helpful and really tried to get me into a shoe to help with my foot problem. I greatly appreciate it and would highly recommend them!

Staff is very helpful and everyone in the store was taken care of with excellent service. I bought shoes from them years ago that lasted a long time. Went in there recently and bought another pair! Original price was over $200, marked down to $119! Great store!

These guys took their time with me, I didn't feel rushed at all we talked about a lot and I learned a lot. I tried on about 10 pairs of shoes these are the best for me.

I was told to come to this establishment by my podiatrist. The staff was accommodating and not pushy like I expected.
The associates were considerate and even let one walk outside to the next storefront to test the shoes. The staff is highly knowledgeable about their sneakers.
At the point of purchase, I thought the store would want my email address and such, but not true.
I did receive a 10% discount because I was referred by a medical professional.
I would highly recommend someone looking for specialty fitness shoes to go to this place.

Wasn’t sure about the fit of my new Hokas I ordered online, so I decided to stop into Runners Roost for the first time! Went in with a group of 6 ladies. Rob provided us with his time & patience as he measured all of our feet, down to finding the pressure points for our specific walking patterns & then showing us each the perfect style & fit of sneaker until we all found something we loved! Great customer service. So pleased.

I heard so much about this place, I came all the way from Chicago to get my sneakers here. I was not disappointed. Very attentive staff who know running. They took the time to examine my gait and foot shape in order to select the best shoe for me. Great selection of styles and sizes right there in the store. Highly recommend!

For a little store they hold a lot. Unlike other stores where the salesmen had to hunt in the back for the shoes you want, these guys are super fast! Very knowledgeable. I told them what brand and style of running shoe I was wearing and because they were discontinued I needed help, big time! They offered suggestions and I tried on 6 pairs and was out the door within 30 minutes. Happy first time customer here! Ask for their texting club for discounts and notice of sales!

This is a great store for serious runners or novices. the staff has good product knowledge and takes their time to bring out a bunch of shoes and find one that works. They have a lot of closeout shoes and clothing also which is a plus for budget conscious parents.

I can’t speak more highly of their customer service. I purchased a pair of sneakers pre-covid for the gym. I have tried wearing them a few times, but they really hurt my feet! I spent a lot of money of them and really didn’t want to give them away. I called runners roost and told them the problems I was having. They said come in and they will figure something out. I didn’t have the box or receipt.
They assessed my feet and realized they were the wrong sneakers for me. They put me in a sneaker that is good for my feet issues, and gave me full in store credit. I even have a balance on my account there to use at another time!
I was not excepting that at all.
They went above and beyond. I appreciate all their help and will always shop here in the future.

I was really pleased with the salesmanship and the time spent helping me find a pair of work shoes however after 4 months of wear my shoes are falling apart,. After a short time being contacted by the owner and the manager they completely resolved my problem I'm extremely happy and will continue to shop here as I have for many years in the past

I LOVE this store. The salespeople are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with finding the perfect shoe. My husband and I have been coming here for a couple of years now. Plus, if you work in the healthcare field, they give you 10% off of your purchase!!
