I have worked with Ralph for 14 years and cannot say enough great things about him! While we typically talk throughout the year, he always takes the time to discuss my policies to make sure that I continue to have good coverage, while finding ways to be cost effective.
In every conversation he is professional, yet incredibly personal and caring. He takes care of the insurance needs of other family members, and always checks in with each of us to see how we are doing.
I've been incredibly impressed and feel grateful to have him as my agent. When life happens and I need to make a claim, he is right there to explain the process and has been there every step of the way.

I had been a happy customer since about 2015. In May of this year, I spoke with Ralph about something dropping off my driving record come July that he said should have a large positive impact on my rate and he would follow up on July. He never followed up so I left a message on July. No response. I then left a message on September. No response. I then spoke to a woman answering the phone in Sept/Oct who made a small policy change and explained my frustration with no callback from Ralph. She assured me he would reach out to me. Several weeks have passed and still nothing. My home owners and auto policies will be moving to a new agent that has the professional courtesy to communicate appropriately.

Recently, we asked for an insurance quote for our house and cars. The agent knew we had a short window to receive the quote due to our other insurance policy expiring soon. Unfortunately, the agent didn't keep his word and failed to provide a quote. We even reached out to him twice with no response. We have moved on and decided to go with a different insurance agency. Please don't give this person your business. Very poor service!
