AT&T Store

Needed new phone. JP assisted me in finding a phone that was affordable. Went above and beyond to help me set it up. I’m 75 so that was very much appreciated. Anyone I have dealt with at this store has been professional-helpful-courteous.

Fantastic quick service from Norm today. He was able to determine the issue and then fix my phone’s faulty SIM card within 20mins. He also was able to see that I needed to be added to our account as an authorized user- again another very quick fix to help our user experience with AT&T in the future.

I wanted to share my wonderful experience with this ATT branch. I went in for assistance due to Car Connect issues and Ryan B. was absolutely amazing! I was so lost on what to do, and he guided me through the whole process. He never made me feel that he wouldn't be able to fix my problem which was so thoughtful because this has been an ongoing thing for several weeks. If it wasn't for his help, I would still be trying to connect. Ryan you deserve all 5 stars. Thank you!

We always come to this Appleton location for our ATT needs. Norm has helped a couple of times and he has great experience and knowledge. We appreciate how easy he makes it to get what we need. Thank you ATT.

This is the third time I've been to this location, and I have always received awesome customer service! I was in yesterday evening and worked with Tony this time...same excellence as experienced previously. He was knowledgeable on our plan, situation, and what our options were...and took the time to explain all of it. I left in a better situation than when I came in, I cannot ask for anything more. I live in Suamico, work in De Pere, and will most likely come back to this location should I need assistance. I was re-directed back to this location because they had the phone we needed in stock, and the Green Bay locations did not. However, this being my third interaction here, and how well I was treated, it will be worth my time to return. You guys rock, thank you!
