Love my new to me 2015 Honda Accord! With having not so perfect credit, i never thought id ever be able to get financed and a car in my own name ever again. Andy and Rob were great! The buying experience for me working with James and team was a great. The entire team was professional and friendly, and I really appreciate them working hard to get me the best deal on my new vehicle. I set the perimeters of what I was looking for, and what I could afford, and with very little hassle, we were able to make a deal. The amount given for for my trade in was extremely fair and reasonable, and delivery of my new vehicle was quick and easy!

My husband and I were greeted with the most wonderful staff at James Ford-Williamson. You could not of been treated better with any other salespeople. We felt very important and utmost respect when applying for a vehicle. There were no pushing and shoving by staff when looking and buying. We could not of asked for better service especially with our salesperson (Danny). He was very attentive as well as the other salespersons and staff.

My wife and I drove to three local ford dealerships before we drove 45 min to James Ford. Not only did we receive $1683 more for our trade than any of the other stores we visited. The staff treated us like we were the most important people at the dealership, despite the fact we didn't have the nicest car to trade in. The new car we bought was not even on our radar due to our credit situation. Thankfully the dealership had a great relationship with a local bank that provided us with the financing we needed, allowing the payment to fit in our budget with out the sacrifice of having to buy another crappy unreliable car.

The best car buying experience we could have had. We had some credit issues and Raymond Vermeulen and the fiance team went above and beyond to get us the financing we needed to get into a nicer newer car. They even stayed late on a Friday night to work around our busy schedule, The whole staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a new car visit James ford of Williamson, they truly are a dealer for the people and they treat you like a person not just like a another sale.

Stopped in to trade my truck in for a car and lower payment, I ended up buying 2 vehicles. Ray and team made it a fast and easy transaction. Outstanding! I must say I was amazed with my experience at James Ford. I was saddened when Pitts Ford had sold. After checking with numerous other larger dealerships in the area, I decided to stop into James. I was met by Robert and explained to him I was looking for an Expedition. After further research with Robert and Andy we decided to Go with the Ford Explorer. Robert and Andy both spent a lot of time with us. I researched the internet and James prices were competitive the vehicles are better quality and the service was excellent.
Out of all my experiences at dealerships. I gotta say this place did blow me away. No shenanigans, or BS. Robert and the sales manager, Andy Made everything very easy. Thanks guys!!!

I came in for the "scratch off" advertisement and explained to Danny Perotti that I was in the market for a new, leased car, but wasn't ready to buy. I tried a couple other dealers since the first of the year, and still didn't know what I wanted. When I explained I drove a Jeep Renegade and wanted to try a Subaru, and didn't want an auto as large as the Dodge Grand Caravan, Danny said I think you might want to try the Ford Escape. Dan explained about the Ford Escape and was extremely friendly and well informed. I left my car for a trade in appraisal and drove around Williamson. I WAS NOT ready to make any purchase when I left. I returned the Escape to see what the trade in value would be, but Dan was busy and introduced me to Ray Vermeulen Ray listened to me and understood what my limit was for a lease payment -but I still wanted to know my trade in value, and Ray was able to give me the information and the lease payment per month -but if I could buy now I could get $20.00 less per month on the lease payment. Well I went home and 2 hours later I went back -and came home with my 2016 Ford Escape! Fastest, most courteous and friendly automobile deal I ever thought could be made!. Very happy with the car and the sales people.

We live 2 hours away and so glad we made the trip because it was the best experience we've ever had with a dealership!! All of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and even stayed a hour and a half past closing time to get us our Santa Fe! Danny Perotti was truly amazing and a great guy to work with ! He got us into a car that we absolutely love at a price that we can afford and even helped us get better insurance !!! I came in to look at a new truck on the lot, and they didn't pressure me at all. I walked around the lot for a bit and then saw the salesman Danny. He showed me the limited f-150 I was interested in. It was one of the easiest buying experiences I have had in 20 years of buying vehicles, and this was the first new Ford I have ever bought. The team at James ford was five stars in my experience, and I definitely recommend buying from them if your looking for a vehicle.

They even delivered the truck to my house to accommodate my work schedule so I was a satisfied customer.

Was the best experience I ever had purchasing a car The whole team at Williamson made the experience one of the best that you can ever hope for their courteous kind and they go out of their way to make sure you leave with the vehicle that you want before I even start looking at cars on their lot Luke sat down with me and asked me what I wanted what I was looking for and exactly what price range I'm looking at. Without hesitation he showed me three or four different cars within my price range and he made sure that I had every option that I could ever want. And even with no money down they will definitely help you with your trade-in. Luke showed me what the prices would be with the trade-in so don't judge your trade-in let them do that for you and if you have credit concerns again they'll work with you to find something that will fit your needs.

I started at a Ford dealership in Watertown. Miserable in every respect. I searched around, found James Ford and bought a new F-150 in record time with absolutely no ill experience. Their opening offer beat my best expectation by $1000. No negotiations required. Luke was fantastic. Even the GM and the Finance manager were intimately involved and wonderful. These folks set the bar so high, there is no longer any doubt who will get all of my business. I'm sold for life!

I purchased a slightly used 2015 Ford Focus today from James Ford and the entire experience was fantastic. We worked with Andy Boice and he could not have been easier to work with. The entire experience was excellent. My parents have already said that because of Andy, James Ford has earned their business for a truck in the near future. Had to turn in my lease and summit in Auburn quoted me a price of $253.00 a month and no wiggle room. I contacted James ford and sent them what Summit had offered. No only they beat them with a price, they crushed them Walked away with a $197.00 payment for the exact same vehicle. We worked with a new salesman Joe and was very pleased with him. Sure is young but very energized. He was willing to bring the vehicle to our house so we could test drive it. Sorry Summit you have lost a ex loyal costumer. Will be back.

I have been in the service industry for over twenty years, ten of those I was a Ford Service Manager. I bought many vehicles and understand how the buying process works. My wife and I yesterday just purchased a brand new 2017 Ford Escape from Andy Boyce at James Ford and I must say it was the most pleasant buying experiance ever. He sold us the exact vehicle we asked for at an amazing price. He and his staff were polite, professional & fast. We were so empressed with Andy that my sister in law is working a deal to buy from him and I'm working on a three vehicle deal with Andy and my boss. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole car buying process here. They were very efficient & thorough. I didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable at. Joey Greco took the time to ask me about my wants & needs and helped me pick out the car that I would love. He went above and beyond even helping me after I purchased the vehicle to answer questions that came up days after I left the dealership. I couldn't be happier with my experience there.
