I typically hate going to auto shops as the once’s I’ve been to have taken advantage of the fact you’re a women who knows nothing of cars. I had the pleasure to speak with Mike and he was extremely nice, very helpful and knowledgeable. The vibe when you walk into the shop is very friendly and welcoming. Even though he couldn’t help with the issue, he let me know where to go and what is most likely wrong it. Even offered his assistance if I have any issues with the dealership. Overall amazing experience and will definitely be bring all vehicle issues here.

Bennett’s auto is so worth it! Check them out! They waited for me to get the amt I needed to put down on my vehicle. After that, they continued to help me with my vehicle even after purchasing it! They have a 1- month 3,000 mile warranty. Thanks Bennett’s! Lowell and Mike are extremely customer service orientated and knowledgeable about the car sales business. They will not let you down! Very family orientated and they even have a shop there on location to continue ongoing services or as needed car repairs !

Lowell and Mike have outstanding knowledge about cars and both provide customer service that you won't find anywhere else. I was involved in an accident in Madison, WI, and when the initial quote came in high I turned to Bennett's for their opinion. Mike walked me through the insurance process, gave me his personal advice, and was able to beat my initial quote by over $4k. You simply can't beat the service and knowledge that Lowell has cultivated at Bennett's. I drove 2 hours for them to work on my car, and I wouldn't have taken it anywhere else. I recently had car issues. And the crew at Bennett’s really stepped up and got me back on the road the next day so I was able to have my vehicle to pull my trailer that i need for work!!! I've owned two Range Rovers. Not known for their reliability, the dealer experience may be nice and pretty, but pretty cost!

Not any more, Bennett's Auto has saved me from the costly grip of the dealer. From simple to more technical repairs there is no where else I would even think to take my Rover. For that matter I wouldn't hesitate to take any car to Bennett's. Very fair and honest repair cost, knowledgeable staff, as well as a loaner car if needed, can't get that from the dealer. Every experience at Bennett's has been great. I haven't made a purchase from Bennett's, but if servicing at Bennett's is anything to go by, buying car is buying a car is as good as it gets. I have been taking my vehicle to a large dealership in Appleton for service for years. After having some work done, I noticed the AWD light coming on. The estimate from the dealership was $2000 to $6000 and they were pushing me to buy a new car. I decided I need a second opinion. I called Bennett's Auto and they got me in right away. They even gave me a loaner car for the day! There customer services was outstanding! It turns out there was nothing wrong with my car. It was just the warning system working! I hit a deer with my car and wasn't sure where I wanted to take it. A friend at work suggested Bennett's and I'm glad she did. They were amazing! Lowell looked over my damage on the car, explained everything to me. I also had some other things that needed to be done on my car. I had a very good feeling about Bennett's Auto after a 30 min. phone call with the owner, Lowell, regarding a vehicle he had for sale. I knew I was going to be treated fairly and dealt with squarely. Manager Mike did a great job helping get everything in order, and keeping me appraised of the financing process. I was also very impressed with their 24 hr test drive policy, and since I live out of town, once I decided I wanted it, they even allowed me to keep the vehicle while waiting for the financing to go through. I got an excellent deal on an immaculate vehicle and I will definitely do business with them in the future!

My car was totaled by the insurance company from an accident. Car was still worth fixing. Lowell gave us an outstanding estimate plus doing the and then some like you would find with old fashioned 1950’s customer service. (Clean the windshield please)

Let me start by saying, I hate shopping for cars. With all the high pressure sales tactics, hidden fees, and dishonest sales people, buying a car has become a huge hassle.
Recently we found ourselves in the market for a used vehicle. After finding a van on their web site we headed to Bennett’s Auto to check it out. Lowell Bennett showed us the vehicle, answered all our questions, and made us feel completely comfortable. When it came time to talk price there was no high pressure push, no hidden fees, no tricks of any kind, just straight forward pricing with good honest bargaining. We bought the van and left Bennett’s Auto happy and confident we had made a good deal.
About a week after purchasing the van it started making a squeaking noise. Lowell said “Drop it off and they will check it out.” They fixed the problem the next day with no hassle and no charge. It’s great to see customer service isn’t dead.
During the time I spent at Bennett’s Auto I did not see one unsatisfied customer. Everyone, either dropping off or picking up, seemed happy to be there. I was looking for a new vehicle and can say that everyone at Bennett's is awesome. We had an accident a short distance from Bennett's that caused a great deal of damage to our Subaru. Lowell Bennett was kind from the moment we met and the shop did such excellent work to restore our car that the car is in better shape than before the accident.
