Rogeri Violin Shop

Kudos to Rogeri for putting my violins back on the map.

Top photo is my 1769 Uebel that has never sounded quite right until Roger found the right strings and tailpiece. Gave this formerly weak instrument a clear, projecting, balanced sound that is ideal for recording.

Bottom photo is live at Woodstock Illinois with my 2009 Levaggi. New soundpost and scooped shaping on the fingerboard to perfect the action in higher positions. Other detail work on the pegs, pegboard, finish, bridge shape and parchments, tailpiece and block brought this 10 year old instrument up to virginal specs. Tone of this instrument is freaky resonant. When I get going my teeth rattle. I got a lot of compliments on tone at this gig.

Roger puts a lot of thought into making me sound as good as possible.
