It is NOT 24 hours. They open at 5:30am. The opening shift ladies were fantastic and incredibly nice. I highly recommend you eat at this McDonald's if you're in the area.

Everything was fresh. I love this place. Also I believe I’m not the only one that feels the same but James is the spots trademark. He deserves an above average raise. Also an out of the blue bonus. He really goes above and beyond. Sadly I’m now Vegan 🌱:(

Drive thru service is very nice, no waiting but only need to remind them about catch-up or salt not being added to my order

I have never been disappointed when it comes to McDonald's! Whether the order is large or small, the food is always great! Service does vary from restaurant to restaurant, but they are pretty friendly for the most part!

Great place to entertain. Good food, customer service, and management. This business is consistent most employees still working there for years.

I’ve always loved this location! The service is good and I’ve never had any issues.

Ordered using the kiosk. I like how fast the order was ready after completing the order in the kiosk. Ordered 2 parfait and a buttermilk chicken burger. The food was great. The chicken was crispy and not dry and made well. The cashier that handed out the order was nice and friendly. I would suggest this McDonalds to a friend.

I don't eat at McDonald's but I grew up by this one in the late 60ties. Last time I saw it it was run down. I stop in, I felt like I was in a time machine, moving forward. I walked up to a station an older woman was working she was so nice, also she said my food would come to the table, as she handed a table number. What nice service and clean too. The meal was great.

Great attitude room the staff and the food was hot and fresh

Hot reliable fast foods tasting as expected. Kind fast effective staff. Fish fillet w yummy melted cheese and my friend loved the buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich. Nice option for unsweetened tea and yummy fruit smoothie drinks.

The ordering was easy with the easy to use kiosk. The service was professional and the wait time was easy to deal with the bathroom locked from behind the counter and the cashier the only one able to let you in. All and all the state street store is the best McDonald's in Schenectady

Bring my baby girl here all the time, she loves it. Using the kiosk machine sucks tho. I'd much rather speak with the cashier. This Mc Donald's has really stepped their game up, KuDoS

Best McDonalds in this part of the Capital Region. Always quick, clean, and accurate with the food. I go here many mornings for an Egg McMuffin meal and sometimes in the Evening. For a "hood" McDonalds - you get great friendly service and I've rarely (maybe once) had a substandard meal. That's saying a lot for a McDonalds. I just reviewed another one about a mile away that's the complete opposite. My wife wondered why I drive out of my way sometimes for this one, and I brought her once and she agreed - great. Management should be proud of their staff here.

Food is always hot, fast, and correct. This store is WAY BETTER than the one on union street.
