Very helpful and proffesional small business. I called to see if they'd have any time to get me in, got me in right away and had my computer fixed up in no time flat at a very reasonable price! Highly recommend Access Computing for any of your Computer needs.

Great place. Knowledgeable owner who does the work himself. Had my computer repaired in about an hour. Took the time to explain the repair process in simple terms I could understand ( I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to computers.) Charge for parts and labor were more then fair. Would definitely go back in the future for any more repairs that might be needed.

Called first thing in the morning because my business computer was down and I was out of business. They showed up onsite in 20 minutes and I was up and running and back in business. The bill was very fair as well. Access Computing is now on speed dial.

Had the adapter I needed to convert my 6 pin pci cable to fit into an 8 pin graphics card. Even plugged it in and tested it for me. Would recommend.

I had removed a laptop key from my laptop earlier today due to a key sticking issue I was experiencing, and went and stopped by the Access Computing shop to see if they could help me put it back on since I was in a rush. Was told by the gentleman who worked there that it was "impossible" to put these keys back on , and basically told me that there was no chance to I'd have to put it back on. Didn't even bother to look at the retainer clip that I had along with the key before saying he couldn't help. It took me two minutes to put back on when I got home...pretty embarrasing to be honest...

I called in advance to ask about them having a specific PCIe cable. I needed either a 6 pin or 8 pin. I was told they have both in stock and to take a picture of the ends I needed. Instead of a picture I brought in an exact copy of what I needed (I had one but needed a second.)
When I got there an unmasked employee (still have a state mask mandate) tried to find the part I needed but turns out they did not have any in stock. He said I would have to order one online. The whole point of the phone call was to save me an hour of driving. I will not be returning.
