The "Lo Tire" light on my vehicle came on Friday night and I was concerned because I had to take a road trip Saturday night and the it's been snowing all morning. I found the shop online and saw it's open all day Saturday. I called and the sales person said I could bring my car in and not have to make an appointment. The service was quick and friendly(I even got a courtesy shuttle back and forth to my house). The service was done in less time than was quoted and cheaper than I expected. I'll definitely be going there again.

Left my vehicle for an oil change, tire rotation, and NYS inspection on Thursday morning. I said I was able to pick it up as late as Friday evening if needed. I had it back Thursday before dinner. I worked primarily with Mike, Tyler was the tech. Needed new wiper blades and Mike was transparent with prices and options. I’ve been using this place for over a year with multiple vehicles and have only good things to say.

Couldn’t be more please with my experience in the store, now in my 2nd set of tires from Roland and Ryan thank you all again for the incredible work you all do for your customers everyday. 10/10 would recommend to all my friends and family.

I stopped at Goodyear In Corning on my way from Buffalo to Scranton. I must have picked something up in my tire. Michael and his team were able to set me up with a new set of tires. He was very kind & helpful during the whole experience. 10/10 highly recommend to all my friends and family!

Goodyear Corning New York is extremely reputable place to take your vehicle any time of the year. I have personally trusted them with my vehicle for oils changes, installation of tires with balancing and rotations included, along with tire pressure checks and retorques of lug nuts. I have even recommended family and friends to stop down to Goodyear, every time leaving with satisfaction and awareness of what’s going on with their vehicle. They are not only known for their tires, but for various other jobs as well including however not limited to brake’s replacements, alignment, transmission flushes, oil changes, New York State inspection, and many more. Goodyear is easy to work into a busy schedule due to great customer service and flexibility with scheduling or even walk-ins. It also helps they’re open six days a week, Monday - Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturdays 8am to 6pm; even some various holidays (hours change for holidays). A few employees that stand out and go the extra mile are Roland, Mike (Michael), Amy, Tyler, Ray Jr., and Alex. The only downside is they are in desperate need of a new parking lot, due to the running joke of lake Goodyear. Stop in and experience Goodyear for yourself, you won’t be disappointed.

I brought my 15 year old Versa in for inspection. Unfortunately, it was unable to pass inspection due to the frame being rusted out severely. The staff at Corning, New York Goodyear was totally professional and respectful, and to my surprise, there was no charge, even though they had some time and labor involved.
I give them my highest recommendation, based on their integrity.

A few days ago I went into Goodyear in Corning trying to figure out a good set of winter tires for me and my mom. Mike B was able to assist. He was so professional, understanding & gave us all options that ranged into our price range. The service was quick and easy and we were out of there in no time. The Goodyear Tire Centre in Corning, NY provided us with exceptional service. We travelled from Ontario, Canada and stayed in Corning on our way to an event in Lancaster, PN. We brought our vehicle to Goodyear to replace a flat tire. They did not have that size in stock but sent a driver to get two front tires from the Goodyear store in Ithaca. They provided prompt service and we were able to get back on the road and make it to our event in Lancaster on time. Thanks so much, Goodyear Corning, for helping us on our way!

Really happy with the overall experience in this store Ryan and Roland really set me up with a good set of tires, happy to call this place home when it comes to my vehicles maintenance.

I had an incident with my car driving from NJ to Canada; I had to leave my car at this shop for repair and get a rental. Ryan Brown, the service manager, helped me every step of the way. He took us to the rental place because we couldn’t get an Uber. I appreciate their help, and I highly recommend this place.

I've been there three times now. All good experiences. The employees at the counter are very friendly, and the place is very clean. I made my appointments online and found it easy to navigate. I have had tires replaced as well as having my New York car inspection. My only one inconvenience is that I bought four tires online and made an appointment to have them installed a week in advance. Upon arrival for the actual appointment however, they looked up the tires I bought and said they had to have them delivered from their warehouse. I think if you make an appointment and you pre-buy by the tires, they should be there on the day of your appointment. I think it's a logical expectation. However, that's an easy fix from a customer service standpoint and I would still highly recommend them for tires and any other services they provide.

A lot of reviews bash this place for trying to upsell or rude staff. Me and my father have been going to this place and other local places, and Goodyear continues to be the best place to take ur vehicle to. They always bring me competitive prices, and the times they’ve been rude are when I’ve thought I knew about my problem. The truth is they’ve only ever recommended repairs to me that were needed, and are always willing to explain the issue if u inquire politely. They informed me of a warranty I did not know existed for my front brakes, and I received the parts with no charge! And when tires needed to be changed they offered to pickup the tires from my house. I will continue using this place of business for anything my car needs, very trustworthy!

Come here to be pleasantly treated with honesty and fairness! It is rare to have truck trouble and be able to write that it was a pleasant experience. I had a brake problem. I am in the area a lot but from out of town and needed to go home the next day. From the beginning Cory was easy going, polite, understanding and just nice to talk to. He understood the problem and they got me on the way same day. I am really picky with my truck that work be done right. They did an outstanding job. They treated me - a stranger from out of town - with great decency. I recommend them 100% and would entrust work on my truck to them any time.

I've had good service experiences here, but their hours are very inconvenient. Despite other information posted elsewhere, they always tell me they close at 5:00. Not at all convenient for people working normal business hours. Still, good work, and an excuse to grab lunch on Market St.

They where excellent! We had two flat tires on our travel trailer, and we had to park it along a major highway.They made sure to be quick so that we could get back fast to put the tires on and get the camper off the highway. Their hard work and great customer service was appreciated!

We have always had a good experience at Goodyear in Corning. They are always prompt, friendly, helpful and they inform us of everything we need to know before they make a repair. They really go above and beyond to help us with last minute repairs that get us back on the road. Whatever goes wrong, we know they will know what to do and on several occasions didn’t even charge us for the repair. We will remain loyal tire and maintenance customers. Thank you!

Great experience. We where on our road trip and needed tires and they got it done in the same day very happy we didn't have to delay our trip.
