The Lodge at Turning Stone

We stayed at the Lodge for our anniversary and they made it a very special experience for us. Andrew at the front desk was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Room service was top notch and the room was perfect and clean. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

The Skana spa here is next level. The best massages in upstate NY. Everything is so elegant and elevated it just immerses you in relaxation. The room and staff were so nice and accommodating. The suite we stayed in was just beautiful. We asked for a late check out both days and the room service breakfast was nothing short of incredible. There is a food hall in the casino and so many other places to eat in walking distance. There is also so much to do here!

This place was super clean and upscale. I loved walking into a bar area with views of the back lawn where weddings are held. The staff were very accommodating and were super helpful and nice. Bathrooms were super clean and well lit. Cozy, business casual setting. You could meet there for drinks with your boss and co workers. I do t have any photos because the wedding was unplugged and we wanted to respect the bride and groom’s wishes.

Spur of the moment trip after wedding anniversary plans fell apart. We literally booked 1 day before arriving from the airport we were stuck in. Had the luxury suite available for 2 nights only and we would have to move rooms nights 4, 5, and 6. Last minute left us "no choice". When we arrived and checked in, the wonderful Hostess saw are booking and said, " That's awful, let me see what I can do." She called us 30 minutes later to tell us we had the luxury suite all 5 nights and even got us a reservation at the restaurant that was already booked "full". This was hands down the nicest accommodations and customer service we've ever had in making last minute plans. My only regret, I can't remember the name of the wonderful hostess who helped us out. She definitely turned sour lemons into margaritas.

First time staying at the lodge and also visiting casino overnight. Room was incredible! Staff was very accommodating and helpful. The entire hotel was clean, well decorated and relaxing. Will definitely be back.

Great environment to have a relax and wonderful time with so much excitement. Rooms are beautiful also have a hot tub with pool to enjoy your time away from home. I also experienced a beautiful wedding while I enjoyed a kids birthday party. Highly recommend

The Turning Stone Resort was a beautiful location for our wedding! We got married on the great lawn at the lodge and the reception was held in the clubhouse. Matt Rose was a huge help and guided our wedding planning. Chef Ron and his team made the most amazing wedding food we have ever had. Paula was our assigned server for the day and she was so attentive and on it! The Turning Stone team covered all of the details. It was a perfect day.

I've stayed at all three Turning Stone hotels and by far my favorite one has been the Lodge. I always feel like I'm being pampered when I'm there. The staff is great and the rooms are so nice too

One of my favorite little get-a-way spots. Dining options are great. The Lodge is like retreating away to your own space, separate from the rest of the casino

I did not stay in the Lodge, but had a meet & greet for a wedding & the wedding was there. Beautiful venue. Dot, the bartender, was very friendly. She even remembered me when I came back the next day for the wedding. Loved the decor as well.

First time staying. It was very nice. Dinner at Wildflowers was delicious. Friendly staff who provided great service. Would definitely stay there again.

I stayed at the lodge when I booked it on a whim for a mommy day. It was my first experience with a high-end lodge resort, and it far exceeded my expectations.
From the beautiful fountain out front, to the friendly valet, and exceedingly polite and understanding front end staff that checked me in. (Considering I had no idea what I was doing and felt exceedingly out of place, they handled it with poise and never made me feel uncomfortable) 5 starts just for that!!

Rooms were beautiful and spacious and absolutely spotless.

Had to be one of the best experiences ever. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. We got a king size suite and were thoroughly impressed. The room came with bath robes and slippers and featured a very spacious layout. We went to wildflowers for dinner and had THE BEST dinner ever. Sure it was pricey, but it was worth every penny in my honest opinion. If you have the opportunity to go here, do it. You won't regret it.

Stayed two nights. Great room overseeing the front of the casino in the Tower. Had an issue with hot water. Took 10 mins to come up. Called the desk. Immediate response. Lovely and so quiet. Had a beautiful view of the night sky. 15th floor. Ate at the pub. Best onion rings and entrees ever. The staff are quick and professional, and they make you feel welcome and cherished.

The rooms are tastefully decorated, large and comfortable. The beds are amazing- plush and inviting, and you can also choose from a pillow menu. The patios and balconies are wonderful when its weather appropriate to use them. Staff is helpful and friendly. There are always treats and a special beverage waiting when you check in; the hazelnut hot chocolate last time was one of the best I've ever had. The pool and hot tub are gorgeous. I highly recommend booking a treatment at Skana while there. There's a bar although I'm not certain of the hours, and Wildflowers restaurant, which again I'm not certain of the hours (I don't believe it's ever been open when I was staying). There's a nice park-like area in the back to walk around or sit and relax. They have s'mores at the front fire pit nightly. There's a walkway to the casino on the second floor, or you can go outside from the first and walk across. It's so close but the distance makes for a truly relaxing and indulgent experience that you unfortunately won't get at any of the hotels in the actual casino. I can't recommend enough- if you can stay at the Lodge, stay at the Lodge!!

We have stayed at the lodge a few times, and every time, it was exceptional. The atmosphere was very relaxing. Dot was our bartender, and she was amazing. She was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you.

Went to the lodge bar at turning stone Friday night. Beautiful spacious room with high ceilings and fireplace going. Grand piano, stone and wood throughout. Large Bar with Wildflowers restaurant entrance right next to it. Outside was a fire pit burning if you wanted to go there. Great time.

Beautiful hotel, pleasant staff, luxury accomodations and an amazing time

We stayed at The Lodge for our wedding and the entire visit was perfect! The staff were always fantastic, super nice and helpful, the service was exceptional, and even the room service was delicious! The shuttle bus between The Lodge, Casino, and surrounding hotels could not have been easier. The bridesmaids all got ready in our suite, which had plenty of room for everyone. The price was reasonable since everything was exceptional and the staff went above and beyond. The Lodge was perfect for us and I would recommend it to everyone!
