Turning Stone Resort Casino

We have seen several concerts here at different locations with the casino. Every one has had great sound and lighting. There are tons of places to eat for every price range.
The last concert was a tribute band. I was not happy that we had to sit the whole time in the showroom. I would rather have a pit to stand in for people that want to stand.

Absolutely love this place! Great selection of slots and table games to choose from, several delicious places to eat and bars to grab a drink from especially the buffet 😋 Nice concert venues, a beautiful hotel and the grounds are nicely landscaped and look so beautiful in the summer with all of the pretty flowers. Christmas time here is amazing. The lights on the trees outside, the very gorgeous tall Christmas tree inside and usually a nice holiday display inside as well. There is so much to see and do here to keep you busy and entertained. There are many comfortable sitting areas scattered throughout if you need to take a break.

Great venue! Turning Stone is a beautiful Casino/Resort and Spa. Love the shops there and the restaurants! The big seller for me is that our teenage kids can come along for a concert or dinner. We live right next to Del Lago and don't step foot in the place. 12/10/23 Went to the Sunday brunch at 7 Kitchens with the family and it was absolutely fabulous! Our teenagers loved the dim sum section and can't wait to come back. Beautifully decorated for the holidays!

This is an underrated resort. Spacious, large, but not too big. I've attached in the hotel, tower, and the lodge. All clean and spacious, you can't go wrong!

Just don't stay off the property. Their offsite hotels are not as nice!

Beautiful hotel with very comfy beds, a fun casino, and plenty to do. The food was pretty good too.

I enjoyed a 2 night stay in the Tower. The room was very nice and the employees were very accommodating to my needs. The 7 Kitchens buffet has a wide variety of food and there is something for even the pickiest of eaters. You will not walk away hungry or unsatisfied. The Ahsi Day Spa experience was amazing and first class. Looking forward to my next visit!

So first time gambling here or anywhere since you actually had to insert quarters!Took a bit of time to understand how the vouchers worked and the gaming machines worked. Celebrating our 25 wedding anniversary and eat at the steakhouse. AMAZING FOOD! Accommodated my dietary needs!

Have been here a bunch of times but finally tried more of the restaurants. Awesome food options (at every price range) and lots to do.

Update: our room this trip has AWESOME water pressure and no clogged drain which has made this experience even better!! Although not a fan of the wall dispensers with shampoo & conditioner as the little bottles had good quality conditioner!

Always a great time. Ate at the buffet for a family birthday party. Got seated fast and always lots and lots of choices.

Spent the day at Skana, it was incredible as always. Had dinner at Pino, which was a 1st for us. My wife got the Buratta Ravioli.I got the Veal Marsala, both meals pretty good, and had enough leftovers for the next day. For Apps, we got the baked Ricotta, which I've never had, and it was tasty, we also got the Baked Meatball, it was huge enough for 2 people. Finished up with flourless chocolate cake, which we recommend. Ended up at the Gig for Emo Night, band was good, did a lot of cover songs, crowd got a little out of hand, guitarist had to come off stage to yell at a heckler who was screaming "Creed" all night after every song they sang which became annoyingly funny, pretty surprised TS Security let it go all night, they are usually on top of that kind of stuff. Great weekend getaway.

I am blown away by the level of service and the attention to detail. The grounds are beautifully decorated for Christmas. The check-in area is at a desk with seating for an intimate comfortable check-in. There was peppermint hot cocoa, cookies and cute packets for s’mores near check-in. Our room has a wrap around porch with a hot tub and an amazing view. We received welcome letters on beautiful stationary. There is a free shuttle to take you around the grounds. The gambling is super fun. This place is worth a visit! Oh and the turn down service is fabulous with the dream catcher. So cool!!

I had a great time here. I went for a New Year and will go back for sure.

For being nestled into the middle of nowhere upstate NY, what a phenomenal, wildly fun adult playground to sneak off to! Something for everyone and something to do at every corner. There is no shortage of excellent food here, the variety is so impressive with each restaurant showcasing it's ability to bring you the best of the best in quality and flavor while honoring the traditions and specialties of each cuisine offered. Amazing entertainment, very clean and well maintained, safe, and the friendliest and most helpful staff. The tower rooms are my favorite, the beds are so comfortable, the decor is clean and inviting, the maids do such a great job making sure everything is immaculate upon arrival (thank you toni!!)I have stayed here many times and there is something to be said for walking away feeling like each visit tops the last. Turning Stone fully lives up to it's name as a resort destination and goes above and beyond to turn your little trip to the casino into a lavish getaway experience.

I last visited Turning Stone’s Event Center back in September of 2022. My family took a trip out to go see Staind on one of there few headlining shows. I thought the arena was really nice, not a bad seat in the entire place. Staff was very friendly and the concession stand workers were very nice

Had an excellent time here! Loved the ambience as well as the service provided. I really enjoyed my time at Turning Stone. We also were there when the Christmas stuff was going on and it was really amazing to see.

I go often as possible because of the Skana Spa, which is amazing. We stayed at the Tower the room was immaculate. There was an altercation ( loud) in the hallway at 2 am, which did wake and keep us up for a bit. We usually eat at Wildflowers but it is closed on Sunday and Monday so tried Pinot and loved our meal. I don't like a lot of the new slot machines- they seemed Asian or unknown Characters, where before they were TV shows or movies, game shows etc. Anyway, the place is always clean, all employees that we came into contact with are polite and friendly the food is good, there is something for everyone.

We had so much fun! Restaurants, shopping, spa, whatever you need is there.

It's definitely a unique place to experience. I do wish it was a little more things to do for kids, but I have already said to my husband that we must return for an anniversary trip.
If you decide to go, you must look up the restaurants in advance. They are not all open during the week. We plan to go when the steakhouse is open, but I truly loved the place called Wildflower! Truly exceeded our expectations, and they treated us like royalty! Food and drinks left us speechless..dessert too!
Our next visit may be a splurge on a different room. But we will check rates first as we will travel with our little one.
So worth visiting!

Went to a show at the Showroom and it was a phenomenal venue with up close views with the artist. Spent some time people watching and some light gambling on the floor which was enjoyable.

Great for an overnight ‘get away’ to relax, try your luck and enjoy all the choices they have to enjoy a good meal! The chinese food was better than most, the soup and sandwich was our favorite at the deli and OMG ! the bakery was hard to pass by! carrot cake, bagels, cookies, cheesecake, you name it wow!

One other thing to mention was the employees… Our last trip could have been disastrous because I left my bag with money, credit cards, cellphone and some medication attached to a wheelchair and drove off without it… Luckily after driving an hour towards home I used my husbands phone to call the valet parking office and the told me they had it and not to worry , just come on back! Every employee is so friendly and honest! We will be back Thank you !
