I have received images of the parts that need to be fixed, detailed information on the condition of my car, and explanations as to how the repairs were done. This shop does business with honesty and integrity and gives a solid warranty to stand by their work. When I leave Smith's Automotive I feel reassured that my car is in good working order and that the job was done right. I was taking my car to Smith's before Skip was old enough to work on cars. I admired his father's work and stayed with them after his father was no longer there. They've satisfied me with all that I've asked of them. I've never made a comparison as to prices, but the quality of the work and their willingness to cooperate in every way leaves nothing to be desired. And that's over many cars and many years.

I have taken my 2001 Lincoln Town Car and 2010 Nissan Pathfinder to Smith’s for repair. They are knowledgeable , honest and stand by their work. Skip is very thorough and he and his mechanics check the cars out stem to stern. I would highly recommend them. I am a repeat customer!
