Lia Nissan Colonie Auto Repair and Service

I recently had my 2023 Nissan Rogue serviced for a warranty issue with my battery. Dustin Rose was very helpful and extremely understanding. He kept me advised of the status of my repairs and had my car back to me the same day! I would definitely bring my car back to have it serviced at Lia Colonie.

Bryan Casey was very professional and excellent in addressing my annual New York inspection. I was amazed how fast it was done. Truly indeed, Bryan Casey is an asset to Lia Nissan of Colonie. Thank you very much, I do appreciate it.

Bryan Casey was extremely helpful with my car. I initially brought the car in for an on and off squealy noise. After discussing the issue with Bryan it was concluded that since it was on and off and sporadic, I should just go ahead and drive the car. He offered his card and told me to call him directly if it got worse and was more frequent and he would get me into the shop. About 1 week later I called Bryan, since it seemed to get worse. I was most impressed with the fact that he was able to get me in the same day. This made a huge difference in how I was able to plan my week. While in the shop Bryan kept me informed as to what was going on and after the work was done (which was something rather minor) reassured me that the work done in the shop took care of the problem. It has been running fine since!
Bryan was courteous, respectful, honest and genuinely caring through the entire process. He followed up right away with an email and provided me with another contact number I could use in the future. I will certainly be working with him down the road when I bring my car in.

I went to Lia Nissan because my car was making a rattling noise. When I got there I was greeted by Haley Carmon. She was very nice and listened to everything I had to say. When she came out and told me what was going on we talked for a few minutes. She was so knowledgeable in what she was telling me and made me feel at ease. Service Advisor Bryan Casey was excellent. He had to order the part for the recall repair, then made another appointment to have it installed. On that day he tried to expedite installation after the tech could not find the part by contacting the Parts Department manager to find it. Bryan was also prompt with my paperwork after the service was completed, and we had a pleasant chat when I first arrived.

And their courtesy Lyft service is top-tier customer service! It would take weeks for me to be able to schedule an appointment otherwise, only having free time on weekends. I love being able to just drop my car off and get a ride to work, it's something more mechanic places should offer.

Called at 7am and spoke to Dustin about my problem. He got me in at 1pm.He fixed my problem and then explained about his other
concerns. We agreed to fix them right away and now my car is in great shape.

I dealt with other Nissan dealers in the area and wasnt very pleased with their assistance that they couldn't even figure out one thing why the tire indicator kept going off they didn't know enough to reset the tire pressure on the dashboard I had to read the book and tell them what to do
