I wish they were closer to VA. My experience was great. The packaging and everything was great, delivered via FEDEX. I ordered a rev a shelf, didn't like the filler piece on the front. I searched on stock cabinets, talked with staff and special ordered a drawer front to use on my ice white shaker cabinets, great look

I ordered my kitchen cabinets from stock cabinet Express. They came in early and I loved them! My cabinets are soft close and they have the pull out drawers which were optional. I got the pantry cabinets, the garbage pull out and the Island drawers along with the regular cabinets. My kitchen is beautiful and I am very happy with my Stock cabinet purchase! I am a contractor and I do so much business with this company.. 5 stars hands down. I've order about 10 kitchen this year alone and there were some problems with a few.and I tell they took care of every issue I had without a hassel.. cabinets always came right like I ordered with nothing missing and correct sizes.. if another company gives me a better deal for the same cabinets..i wouldn't switch as customer service is more important to me... especially when u spending that kind of money u want to be Hassel free. But there prices are good competitive also.. buy from them don't be affraid..

I was elated to find a wall cabinet closely matching my new bathroom vanity (from a different manufacturer). Received it today (ready to assemble) and easily put it together. Looks great! Can't wait to install it and finish my bathroom renovation.

Not only did my order ship upwards of a month later, it arrived in the wrong size, wrong color. When I requested a refund, Stock Cabinet “Express” gave me a ridiculously hard time about the issue and tried to charge me shipping PLUS a 25% restocking fee, basically telling me I’m stuck with cabinets that don’t even match the rest of my kitchen. Despite multiple requests for managment to call me back, they’ve yet to return my calls or emails and right the wrong. Total waste of money and very poor consumer protection. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

We ordered cabinets almost a month ago and still haven’t received them. It’s been a nightmare. Which is a shame because their cabinets are very nice. Notice that they are so far behind would have been nice. Instead, we call daily and they never have any useful information as to when we might expect our cabinets. Be advised that it might take a very long time to get your cabinets if you order from them!!!

I ordered my cabinets with a 3-5 "Business Days" lead time on their website. After which, it was changed to include 9 to 11. I had paid cash thru paypal, and in order to dispute, I had a 30 day window. After 13 business days, and being told it would be another 5 days before they would be shipped, and a week before I received them, I was too close to that 30 day window. I was forced to cancel, and was told my money would be returned 3-5 business days. Those days came and went, no refund. I contacted paypal, and this company took their good old time responding. After 4 weeks of them holding my money hostage, I finally got it back in my account, so I could continue on with my renovation. If you do use this company, pay with a credit card, not paypal and good luck to you.

Terrible customer service policies. Forevermark cabinets arrived in the wrong size and didn’t even match the rest of our cabinetry. Major issues with getting a refund and total lack of concern for customer satisfaction. Worst site ever.
