I needed to purchase a new washer dryer tower system. The staff at Van Vreede’s is amazing. They are extremely knowledgeable and seem genuinely interested in what’s best for you. Their prices are very competitive and they make you aware of additional installation costs right away. And those costs are also very reasonable. They have a great selection, excellent product knowledge and highly competitive pricing. This is the best place to go for major appliances! So much better than the big box chains. I highly recommend Van Vreedes!!!!

Very positive experience as I purchased a new washer. I knew which brand I wanted and Sales Associate Tom Steinberg showed me about four different models within my brand choice. It took Tom only ten minutes or so to write up the Order, scan my card, coordinate delivery and I was on my way. Tom provided great customer service and I recommend Van Reeds!

Our sales rep Mr. Walker was fantastic. Helped me out a lot on our decision. Came in the next day too, on his day off to complete the sale. Very happy.

My experience was on-line shopping . I didn’t have direct contact with salespeople in the store. The website is well organized and easy to navigate. It was pleasurable to shop. The freezer I had chosen turned out to be on back order. I was quickly contacted by a salesperson via text. Our conversation dealt with the situation. What this was, was a collaboration between online shopping and personal contact. It can be done. Too many businesses let you languish in the digital world and do not help directly. Well done.

Mary in appliances was especially helpful down to the details. She was
concerned about how the new refrigerator would fit the available space and blend with our existing appliances.
The delivery team arrived on time, and took care to make sure everything was clean and just as I wamted.

Matt Klein was extremely knowledgeable. My wife and I ultimately chose the top load Maytag commercial washing machine and compatible dryer. Sharing with us details of the machines build and functions Matt listened to my wife and answered all her questions. We learned about the suggested way to use new concentrated detergents. He explained the different settings on the washer and how to optimize water intake consumption and still achieve excellent results/ making suggestions such as using vinegar periodically in the machine. We have bought appliances from Van Vreede’s and will continue to do so because of quality of service before and after purchases. We even got extensive advice on proper use of the dryer. Thoroughly enjoyable experience buying at Van Vreede’s. I edited my comments to reflect our enjoyable experience at Van Vreede’s by entering all five stars. Again thank you.

We were in need of a new fridge, stove and washer/dryer. We walked into the Appleton location and were greeted by Mike. He listened to everything we said we were looking for and not looking for. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. He did not try to sell us something we didn't want or need. I would recommend Mike and Van Vreedes to anyone shopping for appliances. The prices, selection, friendly staff and overall experience by far exceeded our expectations. Now we just have to wait for the delivery!

Worked with Greg on some Appliances for my new home. He was very knowledgeable and gave his opinion on different items we had questions on. Price shopped around online and prices seemed to be very similar but the warranties offered through Van Vreedes sold us on going through them.

Its been more than a full month of problem free use with my new washer and dryer. Install was white glove and issue free. The machines do their job faster and the clothes are softer, my energy costs are down year over year in December by 15% so color me a happy buyer of the quality stuff from Van Vreedes!

Returning to purchase an additional refrigerator from Mary! I enjoy working with Mary because she is knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy and thorough. So far VanVreede’s has beat the price of both fridges and we like knowing they have their own service team.

Local company that matches big box prices, and has their own service technicians if repairs needed. Friendly service and enjoyed working with Mary at the Appleton store-very helpful.

Honestly, this crew was so kind to me, and truly, they were all trying to help me out while I was facing a tough situation. I'll go back anytime I may need anything in the future. They were helpful, fun and professional. Yet they were human and good-natured as well.

Mary was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the products we purchased. I wish we would have been offered when asked about a bundle discount but Mary said that Van Vreedes does not extend discount even though we purchased 3 appliances. Otherwise the service was excellent.

Awesome experience with this purchase. They matched a big box price so we could buy local and not spend extra. The exact model I wanted was in stock and I was able to pick it up the same day. The family was making Christmas cookies in the new oven the next day!

We stopped in for a dishwasher because we also purchased a stove and microwave at Van Vreede's within the last year and we were happy with their prices and service. We purchased the dishwasher on a Friday and they were able to schedule installation for the following Monday. No pressure. Knowledgable staff. Great service. What more could you ask for in an appliance store?

Greg was very helpful and informative. The showroom was inviting. I haven't done business with van vreedes for over 30 years. It used to be my go to appliance store, but due to a less than pleasant experience some 30 years ago I haven't been back. Greg may have changed my perspective.

Joe did a wonderful job of aligning our needs (elderly family member) with the perfect recliner. He carefully listened to the details of our situation and within 20 minutes we had the right solution. Excellent!
