Always on time, if not early. Staff is very friendly and always aims to please. Mr. Woodley is very professional but at the same time has a great personality and always a pleasure to see. Mr. Woodley's nurse is very pleasant and professional.

Wonderful people. Don't be turned off by the fact that it's in a pretty much abandoned plaza. They are extremely professional and eager to help you with anything you might need. Whether that be information or care.

I think you would be hard pressed to get a better group together. I am very happy with my care there. They seem very professional.

I routinely have a good experience here, some of the old staff who were great have left but the newer team members seem good as well. Others need to remember the VA is not a red carpet service that will cater to your every request. There is effort required on us, the veterans, as well. Make your scheduled appointments and follow up with the medical staff regarding your health concerns, a little bit of effort by calling or sending message through MyhealthEVet can go along way to get your concerns addressed.

Was fine in the past. Unreliable now. Takes too much effort to get a hold of the right person. Maybe just calling back your patients would be a good place to start.

Directions don't know how to get there once you hit end of Crane St. Says turn left. DONT. Go straight into Hannaford plaza. Clinic is beyond Hannaford in plaza
