After 4/3/21 appointment to prepare my father's return (a simple job which took Morgan Montone approximately only 10 minutes to complete), I was told the return and paperwork would be mailed to me if I wanted. I agreed.
After not hearing anything from them for a week, I called to get a status update. No one answered. I got voicemail, so I left a message for both Joseph (as son Morgan doesn't have voicemail) and for the receptionist/secretary asking as to the status, as well as when would it be mailed out. It's now 4/22 and still have not received any response or mailing. After several attempts to call them. I just get routed to voicemail each time and I leave a message each time.
A simple phone call stating what the delay is or maybe that they just didn't get around to mailing it, would have acceptable for the interim. But to totally ignore and blow off a customer, especially after paying $150, is to say the least unprofessional. How hard is it to make a 10 second phone call?
If something happened to their business, then let the phone go to VM and say what the issue is, but to leave paying customers hanging in wind? Not acceptable.

If this business can't even clear the ice off their sidewalks, I certainly wouldn't let them do my taxes.

Very unprofessional made an appointment and when it was time he completely ignored me the day of. Would not recommend him to anyone.
