Obsessed with my new Jeep Rubicon 392. Only a few available and Lia got one out of another location and had it brought to Albany for a test drive. It did not disappoint! SOLD. The sales people were on it, and when I came at the schedule time I was out of the dealership with my new car in less than an hour.
I also recently had some factory issues dealt with on my older Jeep. When they returned the vehicle to me it was spotless, like a brand new car.

Amazing Dealership. My car dealer was Tony. He got me in my car(Jeep) immediately, and was extremely accommodating. Tony spoke with me everyday and still checks in, on how my new vehicle is doing. I have received great service at this dealership since purchasing my 2016 Charger and I have been given good advice from Jared Pott. Last visit my brakes were replaced all around, this time was just an inspection. I have had maintenance from oil changes, to air filter replacement, new tires, etc... over the last three years and have been very pleased. I highly recommend Lia.

I would recommend this dealership based upon my recent experience. I contacted them looking for a specific vehicle from their website. After communicating through text messages, set up an appointment and sent them photos of my trade-in.

I worked with Shawn Maxwell at Lia. He was friendly and quick to provide assistance that I needed. He walked me through the entire process, from test drive to insurance and registration. I have no complaints. He was not like a typical pushy salesman, he seemed honest and helpful.

I was lucky to have found the car I wanted at an affordable price and have zero regrets! Great experience.

I held out reviewing this dealership until I could say something with confidence. Not surprisingly the inexpensive car in the ad had just sold 20 minutes before I got there, but much happier with the car we got instead and really the price difference was small and within KBB estimated value. Biggest proof for me that this was a GREAT dealership is the service department.. John took small and big concerns of mine very, very seriously and worked with me to make sure everything was in top-working condition in no time. Top notch service!

So, I have been going here for a number of years. The sales staff are decent - typical car sales, however, I feel as though they really try to offer a good experience and they generally do. I have also had the opportunity to deal with their service department. Sometimes for general service (oil changes, etc) and a couple warranty issues. I was pleasantly surprised at how accommodating they were. At one point I had to interact with there service manager, Jim Alminda, and he was fantastic! He was up front and honest, did what he said he would do and offered great communication. All in all, a very positive experience across the board with their dealership. I would definitely recommend!
