I have had Reynolds prepare my tax returns for well over thirty years. My dad had been going there for years before that. They have always done an excellent job. They were able to include deductions on things I didn't know I qualified for. They are the only bright spot when it comes to paying taxes.

I've been going for years and have always had the best experience dealing with professional staff that are friendly and know their stuff!

It's 5:51 pm(they close at 6pm) and I was told they can help me with my taxes I tried using TurboTax but couldnt complete it this place is good

This was the first time that a tax service firm cannot fill my taxes. The lady told me; I have to enter your info in the computer. I'll call you in the afternoon. Never called, I sent a message through their website and nobody answered. I had to call them and tell them and say; I'm out, I'll find someone else. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible!
