Wendy's

I come here for lunch on some weekdays. The woman at the front is always so friendly, kind, and polite. The prices are much better than other fast food chains, especially for the biggie deals, and the quality of ingredients is good.

We were visiting the area for the Van Gogh exhibit and wanted to grab a quick bite before heading home. The Wendy's was very close and boy are we glad we stopped in. The general manager took our order and when he found out it was our son's birthday, took great pains to make sure he felt special on his special day. I truly appreciate this unexpected kindness and my family wholeheartedly thanks both him and the company that made the awesome decision to hire him.

App is horrible. I go to Wendy's and I attempt to use the app and 30 minutes later starving I can't get it to work it's usually has something to do with the location which I have set for myself but you know it gets it gets caught up in that area or in other areas and then when I finally go up to the window and order without using the app and I cash out that it works so yeah I would say the app needs to go.

Had 2 orders for 1 car. First order was a meal with nuggets and sauces. The second order was a burger and fries without a drink. The order was taken correctly the first time. Both orders were ready really fast and both orders were correct. Guest service was good, friendly workers. Food tasted great, tasted hot and fresh! I would suggest this Wendy's to anyone!

Prime location in downtown Schenectady. High customer volume especially around lunchtime. Very enticing menu selections. The frosty is an inexpensive classic. The one blemish on there resume is the overall attitude from the employees. While I have many good things to say about their employees, some of them can definitely improve their demeanor. Once this because more common, this Wendy's will solidify themselves in the fast food scene of Schenectady.

These workers are putting their lives at risk, and deserve the utmost respect and appreciation. Leave them a tip, write them a card, let them know that they are heroes putting their lives at risk. Employees here all deserve a raise!!!

I don't eat much fast food but when I do it's mostly from this Wendy's. Their burgers are prepped well and they never get my order wrong. Food tastes good enough for fast food too.

Everything has been spot on and well made since coming around. If there's a problem I'd say look at the employee. Solid establishment and never think twice before going.

I got the pub chicken sandwich. Trust me it's amazing! Not something u would expect to find at a fast food place! High quality meal from fast food for sure!!

I never went to the Wendys on. Erie but, the on on route 50 is great! Nice people & the Chicken Pecan salad is Great!🍏oh! It is the Apple Pecan salad!! 😄

Same old, same old. The best spicy chicken sandwiches and the lady that served me was really down to earth and cool to chat with while we were ordering.
