Alison is amazing. She always creates a comfortable setting for myself and my daughters. I appreciate the hygienists and Dr. Ferchaw so much. Our teeth are always well taken care of and my daughters always feel safe and cared for as they go for a cleaning or filling.

I am very impressed with the work I had done by Dr. Gabriela Vatafu and her assistant, Sydney. I needed a new, very large bridge so the situation was quite complicated. This dentist is fantastic and the new bridge is beautiful. Many people have commented on how nice it looks. The office manager, Janet, is also terrific and is right on top of the insurance information. Everyone in this office is friendly, very competent and pleasant to be around. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Highly recommend! I have LOTS of anxiety about going to the dentist. Angie (hygienist) is so great, extremely personable and very gentle. The building is immaculate and everyone is so friendly.

As always, the team at Addison family Dentistry were awesome. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and all with a smile. My cleaning was very detailed and professional. Great job! The food drive was also appreciated to help the community

I’ve been going to Addison Family Dentistry for over 20 years. I’ve always had good experiences with the hygienists and with Dr. Ferchaw. It’s worth the half an hour drive for me to get to Addison.

Heather was awesome in all aspects of our interactions and the care she provided. She is kind, efficient, and thorough in her job with my x-rays and my teeth. She did a most professional job. Dr. Koury is the best! She knows me (and my mouth and teeth!) well, and I am happy to be able to continue to have her as my dentist. I have confidence in the care she provides. I do not mind the extra travel time to be able to have Dr. Koury as my dentist.

The staff and service is amazing. The staff are very friendly and courteous answer every and all questions you have they give you a detailed explanation of everything there gonna fo and all your options and make you feel comfortable ever step of the way .

New patient at AFD. Everyone was so nice and non judgmental. I didn’t feel like they were rushing me in and out. They spent so much time with me and answered all my questions/concerns. Talked money up front about treatment options so I wasn’t blindsided and just handed a bill at the end as I’ve experienced with other practices. I felt like a dental “customer” for once, instead of feeling like I was privileged to have them care for me. Even though I was 😊 I will definitely recommend Addison Family Dentistry to all!

Very efficient check-in, novocaine administered easily and just the right amount, quick fix to the tooth that was chipped. Next appointment scheduled with ease. Both Dr. Ferchaw and his assistant were pleasant and communicated with me in a way I could understand. Prices were quoted up front so I wasn’t surprised by the charges. Great experience overall.

We appreciated that we could both have our appointments at the same time since we have to travel to get there. Everyone was very friendly and attentive to our needs.

I found that the Dr. Kory to be very gentle and Alice didn't excellent job of explaining everything that she was doing. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful.

Everyone at Addison Family Dentistry made me feel very much at home and calmed down my fears. I really didn’t know what was going on with one of my teeth and it turned out they knew exactly what was going on! So with 1/2 hour I was out of pain and back. On my way! Dr. Koury and her staff made me feel at ease. They are professional, courteous and kind. The office personnel have been just as cheerful as well as helpful.
