We really enjoyed our dinner here. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful with the menu, and very helpful with our dietary needs. We really appreciate it!

The menu looked really good, so we wanted to try a few things.

We started with a variety of appetizers:

The hummus was absolutely outstanding and possibly the best hummus we've ever had. The crispy capers and pomegranate seeds were delicious and the selection of vegetables were so unique. We loved the inclusion of the fennel and watermelon radish.

We then got the deviled egg, which was with crab when we were there. This was really, really good!

The charcuterie board we also liked and we thought the toast was very well seasoned.

We also ordered a shrimp cocktail and thought that was very well seasoned as well.

For our meal, we ordered the lamb pasta and the salmon pasta. We really liked the lamb pasta and think that would go very well in a sheopard's pie. Just delicious!

For dessert we had the coconut Pana cotta, which was excellent. We loved the coconut flavor to the Pana cotta and we loved the crispy cashews on top.

We also orders a tahini brownie and this might have been the best brownie we ever had. The caramel and cocoa nibs were so delicious!

We would highly recommend The Quincy Exchange and can't wait to go back!

We had an amazing brunch at the Quincy exchange. The food, drinks, and service were all excellent. Our group started with the incredible warm monkey bread which, avocado toast and a round of mimosas (which are a bit pricey but good). For mains we had the open faced omelette, burger and crab Benedict - all delicious mains. Highly recommended - we can’t wait to go back!

Great food and great service too. I really like the pita bread with hummus for an appetizer, and you can’t go wrong with any of the main entrees either.

Have you ever had something to eat at a restaurant that you now compare everything else that you eat to it??? Well this will likely forever be their warm Garlic-Rosemary Focaccia bread with brown butter and curry honey butter. Oh my gosh…. It was the best we have ever had!!!!! I wish I could speak more to the food but we stopped in to have a couple drinks and an appetizer between shopping. IF YOU ARE A BOURBAN LOVER (like my husband) THIS IS A MUST GO TO PLACE!!!! The restaurant and bar are clean and beautiful… we spoke to the owner for a while and he was outstandingly kind…. Even allowed us in for drinks when they weren’t quite open yet (we offered to leave and he insisted). Please, if you are in Corning, give this wonderful establishment a try!!!! I promise you won’t regret it!!!!

Excellent food, service, and atmosphere, for both brunch and dinner! Monkey bread is a fantastic, rich, and sweet must-try at brunch if you're into that type of thing, orange cardamom French toast is delicious and unique as well. Also tried brunch specials of watermelon cosmopolitan - very nice - and biscuits and gravy, which was perfectly peppery, mushroomy, and savory over cornbread biscuits. For dinner, the warm bread is a great way to start with some unique butter options. More fun drinks to choose from as well. Can't go wrong with the Quincy salad, roasted duck breast, or French onion soup - duck was cooked to perfection, and accompanying croquettes are also a hit! Can't recommend semifreddo and s'more bread pudding desserts enough, another couple of must-tries, semifreddo like a rich semifrozen chocolate mousse, and s'more-style may be the best way to do bread pudding.

Came here with my parents for father's day when we're visiting Corning. The food is absolutely delicious, and our server Doug is very helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend, especially the ribeye and pasta.

I had an amazing Birthday Dinner at The Quincy Exchange! Thank you Kelly O'Conner for the amazing hospitality. The restaurant sits in an old bank and is beautifully decorated.

We started with:

Ichiban Oysters from the Puget Sound - simple and delicious.

Crab Deviled Eggs - super cream and rich with crab. (Note: The picture has 3 and this was a special birthday amuse-bouche).

The Root Vegetable Salad - complex and a great example of the combinations of flavors you will experience at an FLX restaurant. It had the earthiness of the root vegetables, combined the creaminess of Brie d'Amir, and Asian flavors (Honey-Miso Vinaigrette and Black Sesame Seeds).

For entrees we had:

Butternut Squash & Lentil Curry - this dish had a wonderful kick and combined the flavors of Cipollini Onions, Almond Milk Curry, Broccoli, Kumquats, and Crème Fraîche along with the Butternut Squash.

Steelhead Trout - this dish was amazing! It was served with Israeli Cous Cous, Frisée, Butternut Squash, and Sauce Grenobloise.

Lobster Mac N Cheese - Girelle Pasta tossed in a light cheese sauce and lobster.

And to finish the meal we had Panna Cotta and Hazelnut Dacquoise. Both were incredible and a great way to end an amazing meal.

The wine list is filled with some very interesting and unique wines. We had an amazing Rioja.

We happened to be staying close by, so we walked to the restaurant, but there is ample street parking.

The Quincy Exchange is a must if you are in Corning or nearby!

We happened to walk by when they had a cancelation for the 8pm tasting menu with the Chef. What an experience! We got to sit right in front of the Chef's kitchen as he prepared our beautiful bites to eat. They start out very small, single bites, but we left stuffed! Wine pairing was perfect too! I look forward to hopefully trying another one of the Chef's amazing meals. Pricy ($275 per person) but well worth the experience.

The food was incredibly good!! The pasta was just delicious as well as everything else. The only thing we did not enjoy was the Tiramisu (it really has too much rum). Service was perfect and the restaurant was beautiful.

We came for a late Valentine’s Day celebration and thoroughly enjoyed our experience! The dining room is comfortably lit with beautiful decorative touches. I liked that we were not packed in with many tables and could hear ourselves speaking even though the restaurant was busy. Whom I presume to be the owner, served our table with a friendly demeanor and an obvious love for her restaurant. We ordered the bread and butter appetizer and crab deviled eggs to start. We highly recommend getting the duck schmaltz with the bread as it was incredibly delicious. I highly recommend the crab deviled eggs! For our entrees, my husband had the monkfish and I had the ribeye. My husband said the monkfish was very tasty and enjoyed the lentil stew it came on top of. My ribeye was delicious though I would have preferred it to be a bit more seared to be medium rare. Overall, it far exceeded our expectations and we will be back in the future!

I can't say enough good things about this place. The atmosphere was relaxing, the service was great, and the food was the best we've had in a long time! Definitely a spot we will revisit and strongly recommend you do the same.

A very good and unique restaurant in Market Street! Service, food and the environment are fantastic! Love Calamari, Hummus and FLX culture house IPA.

7 stars if I could! When was the last time that your table was crumbed between courses? Very attentive ( ex:our water was refilled 3 times) and super friendly server. The bartenders make sour mix ( i.e. ream the citrus fruits) from scratch- none of the super sweet bottled stuff-just like we do at home. Our prime rib was delicious, the house made brown butter melted perfectly and deliciously on the homemade grain bread, and the photo of the peach shortcake speaks for itself. Great COVID protocols all around- tables are 10 feet apart. Definitely will return the next time that we go to Corning.

Food was great, but it took really long to get our entree. It seemed like a kitchen issue. Our servers were very attentive.

Enjoyed excellent service and drinks at the bar, didn't order food. The beverage director served us, and was THE PERFECT host. So knowledgeable, helpful, and gave us great recommendations on drinks we thoroughly liked. The drink list is phenomenal and long. Gorgeous, cool vibes atmosphere, would definitely like to dine here in the future. Will definitely visit again when in town.
