I have the honor of working with the best team in the capital region. Pinnacle roofing has demonstrated quality, efficiency, teamwork, and consistency with the quality of work offered to their clients. One day!! Roof replacement. The team cared for my property before, during, and after the replacement of my roof. The team is unstoppable with good or poor weather as for my day 108 degrees.

Pinnacle Roofing gave us a new roof yesterday and did a wonderful job. From the estimate to the completed job, we were very impressed. They were punctual, organized and very clean. The roof looks awesome!! We highly recommend using them for your roofing needs.

From our initial contact with David, our decision was made to go with Pinnacle . We are very pleased with the quality of work done, friendliness of the crew and their care to protect and clean up our property! Highly recommend Pinnacle Roofing!!

All I can say is WOW!
Brian and Bradley were phenomenal. Brian came over and did an extremely thorough walk-around and showed me all of the products they'd use on the roof, and explained to me in human terms how to fix an 80-year old leaky roof, decking, and redoing all of the awful insulation that was done from the previous owner.
Bradley made sure materials and his crew arrived on-time, worked diligently, and left no mess.... and they went above and beyond. This was a major project (as I mentioned before); new decking, new insulation, ventilation, and shingles... and somehow this amazing crew was done in 12 hours. 7:30am-7pm.
Thank you all for the beautiful job you did on my childhood home. It's a huge project, but this was one of my main concerns and you ACED IT! I would recommend Pinnacle to friends and family in a heartbeat.

I can't say enough about Pinnacle Roofing. From the initial estimate to the final product, pure professionalism. They were very attentive and responsive. The job was completed in one day including cleanup. They are so prepared, not one of my landscaping flowers or shrubs were even touched. You would never know they were even here except that we have a new beautiful roof. If I could give them 6 stars I would!

Right straight from the salesman Adel to the workers and Paul the inspector that comes back a few days later to inspect the job. All these people were great to deal with. The roof looks great. The roof was done in 8 hrs clean up was great you would have never known they were here. Except for the great looking new roof.

I waited a full year before I wrote this review, and I am here to tell you that I am as happy a year later as I was in the beginning. Pinnacle Roofing far exceeded my expectations. It was TOP NOTCH from beginning to end. Not only was the job done well, but they went above and beyond in areas that I did not expect! In other words, they did things for my home that they simply did not have to!

Their service from consultation to scheduling was fabulous and I never felt pressured or anxious. In days where less is usually given—I am here to tell you that I received MORE than I deserved on this job!

Pinnacle did a great job from start to finish, the sale guy answered all our questions and really made a great point by point run down of why Pinnacle was able to offer such grea quality roofing products and service. After getting 3 bids, we went with Pinnacle because they just seemed so much more professional, and when it comes to your own home you don't want to skimp on professionalism.

Pinnacle Roofing was a true joy to do business with. They did an exceptional job from start to finish. David Morse, Greg, and Paul were all exceptional in their roles and the guys who worked on the job with Greg were exceptional. They were clean, they were through, they were respectful of our property and my wife and I. In short they met or exceeded every expectation we had from engaging a roofing contractor.

In terms of their estimated costs; of the 7 roofing contractors we contacted they were the second or third highest estimate, but their professionalism and workmanship was more than worth the additional cost of not going with one of the lower bids. They were also instrumental in correcting some workmanship from earlier contractors as well as making valuable recommendations to remedy a situation as well as find other contractors to do the other exterior projects we have planned for our home.

Both my wife and I would recommend their services without any reservation and we are delighted with our final result. I cannot stress the importance of having a good customer interface team and David Morse, Greg and Paul were extraordinary throughout the entire project from concept to completed installation to post-installation quality control review. Further, other than some issues that were uncovered once the roof sheathing was exposed, their project cost estimates were entirely in line with our initial estimates and consistent with our understanding and expectations and the final costs were well explained and strongly justified. We are pleased and proud to tell others about our roof and the workmanship from Pinnacle. Their clean-up was even extraordinary and the entire project took approximately 7 hours to complete from when they arrived at our home until their last vehicle pulled away. Under Greg's leadership the crew was professional, extremely well organized and well focused on the work at hand throughout their time at our property.

Great company to work with. The initial consultation with Adel was superb. Fairly priced. Explained everything in detail and took pictures throughout the process for quality assurance. Clean up was fantastic. Follow up with Paul several days later to review the work and make sure i was satisfied. I highly recommend Pinnacle for your roofing needs.

Great experience. Initial contact was very good, responsive and the appointment with Brian was great. Very knowledgeable, open and straight to the point. The offer was good - not the cheapest but we felt that compared to the other companies we had asked this was the best company and best value for money. Installation day was scheduled quickly and the team was good, quick and the roof looks great. We had a few questions and concerns and these were answered and addressed very quickly, professionally and thoroughly. Overall a great experience as even though we had concerns, the company stands by their offer/product/service and will do the right thing and make the job right. Would recommend and hire again.

The roof removal and replacement by Pinnacle was outstanding. The roofing estimator, Adele, responded to our request quickly and provided us detailed info on the entire process from start to finish. He offered options with absolutely no hard sell. When we decided to go with Pinnacle, the paperwork was presented to us immediately, and the project started in the time frame they estimated. The crew led by the project manager Greg was truly the best. From setup (to protect the shrubs, deck, etc), to the roof removal and replacement, to the cleanup, no detail was too small for this crew. They arrived on time both days and worked quickly and efficiently. Greg kept us up-to-date on the progress and was always on site. A couple of days after completion, I received the warranty paperwork and the payment receipt. Paul, Quality Control, visited to answer any questions, and checked to make sure everything was perfect.
This company is first rate, and fully committed to customer satisfaction. We are totally pleased with the result and highly recommend this company.

Pinnacle replaced our roof a few weeks ago. Everything the sales person stated they would do, Adel, they did. Steve was our project manager, he discussed everything with us all day. The crew did excellent, cleanup ..
They actually call you back and check their work, with a follow up visit.
