Chase Bank

I love Chase because as a small customer, they seem relatively indifferent to me, maybe even helpful in nagging me about products of theirs that might actually benefit me. Unlike other major US banks whose entire business model seems to be going out of their way to find every single legal way to F me over with fees or otherwise take what little I have. Sad that that's the bar I gotta measure by, but there you go.

Had this bank for over 10 years and never had a problem with them like their fraud alert and mobile app as well and they let you know everytime a transaction is made

I’m writing this today though because my man Phil is a true professional. Didn’t phase him at all when I slid this man two nickels to put in my account so I didn’t get an overdraft fee.

Also make sure next time before giving money to a customer ask the customer want the cash paper deposit bag or not don't just hand out the money and say nothing. Extremely offensive and rude when I was getting the cash deposit bag she was “no I will give it to you, no i will give it to you” - Natasha

I would not recommend going to this bank. I walked in and asked to do a withdrawal and was immediately asked if I would like to use the ATM instead of a person. If I wanted to go to an ATM I would have done just that. There was nobody else in the lobby and the staff were preoccupied with putting up the Christmas tree in the lobby. If I could give this review a negative star rating I would. This service experience was terrible. There was no effort to want to service me at all and the indirect way at the ATM felt forced. I hope to not have to go in this lobby again.

Horrible, Condescending, non helpful attitude towards people inquiring about opening an account. I was in utter shock by the nonchalant treatment and unwillingness to give the pros of opening in account with Chase. It was almost like this person was representing the fact that this bank doesn't care whether you open a new account or not. And thanks to the lady (I'll get her name later) @ the balltown road branch, I most certainly wont.

Came to open a personal and business checking account. Everyone seemed rude and snotty. No one was available but there was four people standing in the lobby. Right. I’ll pass.
