Fantastic service. Jalil responded to my call immediately and was on site within an hour. He was able to quickly shut off my outdoor valve (which I was not able to turn) and replace my interior main valve (which no longer closed) within another hour - a problem that another plumber had told me they did not want to take on due to the age of the plumbing. A problem that had plagued me for weeks was fixed in a matter of hours thanks to his quick response and expertise.

We hired Jalil and his company to re plumb our entire building. This was a new property purchase and needed all new plumbing. He quoted us a very fair price.
He was meticulous, professional and thorough. He worked diligently and got the job done. We are extremely happy with the final product. Very highly recommended for any plumbing job, big or small. We hope to hire him for all our subsequent jobs.

My electrician recommended Heavy Duty Plumbing and he did not steer me wrong! The job entailed getting a city permit, upgrading all the plumbing in my upstairs bathroom including extending a pipe through the roof. From beginning to end, Jalil was honest and professional throughout the entire process. Due to the scope of the job I felt the price was fair. Jalil arrived daily as scheduled and worked steadily throughout the day. He explained what he was doing and ensured that I was happy with the work performed. At the end of a very complicated job he arranged for the plumbing inspection which was approved with no problem. In addition, I liked the fact that Jalil did not require a down payment on the job prior to getting the permit and starting the work. It was a relief to have someone so competent completing the job. I would highly recommend this company and will use them in the future!

Once I made the call to contract the work, HD plumbing was out there two days later with the job done ! This was my first experience with them and it was nothing but positive. Calil Salim JR did my all be commercial plumbing at 288 Lark St. in Albany. I converted an historic three story commercial building into a mix use. I build a restaurant on the ground floor where Calil dug a 6ft deep by 40’ trench from road to the the back of the building. I built two luxury apartments o. The upper floors where Calil installed all new gas and water lines, Navien instant hot water heaters, rain shower heads and high end appliances.

I am extremely happy with the quality of work he has provided. He was very patient and did the job the right way that the plumbing inspector complimented his work. He even installed things where he had to go out of his way and used a better materials that will make the new plumbing system work more efficient and last longer and that was not part of his contract.

I can’t express my gratuity enough for this young professional where I looked for a plumber for months to take the job but was not successful until a friend recommended him and Calil did an excellent job and he was fair with his price.

I am using him to build an another restaurant as I write this review. If you hire Calil, HD Plumbing you are guaranteed with many things such as he will be committed to your job and finish it and the most importantly he will do it the right way even through that might cost him extra and he will be there to answer service calls that you might need him after the job.

His work ethic is exemplary. I am located on a commercial street with no parking. That did not stop him taking my job and finishing it. One of his many virtue is if he takes your job he stays committed to finish it so there is no games with Calil Salim Jr.

I cannot say enough about Jalil and the work he did for me. I am a new investor and he took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. He came when he said he was coming. And did what he said he was going to do. He is wonderful to work with!

I called Heavy Duty Plumbing after 1:00 a.m. for an emergency where water was sprsying all over the bathroom. The outdide turnoff valve was stuck, and there were no shut-offs in the house. They were able to shut-off the water and make repairs with minimal damage tk the bathroom. He's the man.

Hard to reach shower/tub drain in second floor bathroom was leaking and Jalil came right out, located it, and fixed it via access from 1st floor ceiling in garage. Prompt and professional service!
