Blue Rose Cheesecake & Bake Shop

We just moved here from the south. Every year I order my son a cheesecake for his bday. This year I was worried about finding a new shop in a new state. I was told to try these guys and I am so glad I did. The cheesecake was so good. My son said it was the best cheesecake he has ever had. Thank you !! Lemon-raspberry

This week I had picked up two cakes at separate times for two different birthday celebrations. Both of the flavors were equally delicious and fresh. You could really tell that the buttercream (cream cheese/chocolate/vanilla) was freshly made. The cakes (chocolate and vanilla rum) were so moist. I’ve had 4 cakes from blue rose now and have not had an over baked or dry cake. My SIL said she’s going to make the two hour trip up from CT when she needs a cake- it’s that good!

amazing bakery and my favorite is the coconut chocolate swirl almond biscotti.
been to many bakeries but none can duplicate their biscottis.

the restaurant is very nice too. filled with authentic and super nice people. great food. plentiful meals at great prices.

We ordered a cake for my daughter’s first birthday and it came out beautiful and was absolutely delicious! I always look at Pinterest when trying to come up with cake ideas and they recreated the cake beautifully and everyone at the party said it was very moist and delicious…which when I finally had a slice agreed! We will definitely be ordering from here again!

I am extremely pleased with every cake order I've made with Blue Rose. Not only did they do an amazing job on the decorating but the products taste amazing. Here are some cakes they've made for me all at reasonable prices. The Cocomelon cake was my favorite from them... a cheesecake. If you've never ordered from here do not hesitate.

They know their products and will help you to choose the best one for whatever the occasion. Tried their cupcakes, cheesecake, mini tarts & truffles. All were yummy! I arrived an hour before close and there was still a large selection. Short wait, people were nice, and they’re fairly priced. Leave the cupcake out to get room temp before eating, the cupcake gets moist and the frosting fluffy. Yum, will be back

their stuff taste rlly good but I got tiramisu for my moms birthday and found a hair in the tiramisu, pls wear hair nets when baking smh

The desserts here are truly works of art. BUT they actually taste good. I have ordered cupcakes, pies, cookies, cakes, and specialty cakes from here and they are all fantastic. Definitely recommend!

Had a fantastic night at Blue Ribbon for Mom and Dad's 50th anniversary. The cake from Blue rose was amazing! Vanilla with strawberry mousse and the top cake was chocolate with strawberry mousse. They really knocked it out of the park ☺

Because what's not to love about Blue Ribbon, the name fits for what their known for good food period. Not only was the food good they always seem to have the nicest waitresses working. Been going here for years and unless something major happens I plan to continue my patronage with this restaurant. Pancakes fluffy yumminess didn't even really need syrup, eggs buttery cheesy goodness, coffee hot and refilled before I could ask--take me back like tomorrow yum 😋

Blue Rose just made an amazing Pink Rose Gold themed birthday cake for my wifes 40th surprise birthday party. It was a marble cake with strawberry filling, and vanilla buttercream frosting. It was absolutely delicious and all of our guests were blown away by how beautiful it was. Thank you Blue Rose once again. We get all of our cakes there for all of our special occasions.

This charming bakery belongs to the wonderful Blue Ribbon diner/ restaurant right across the parking lot. Its a new location that opened fairly recently. After years of receiving praise for their baked goods and due to demand they have decided to open up a bakery too; and it's absolutely exquisite. Upon entering I was immediately impressed by the charming decor and pleasant ambiance the establishment exuded. It's very neat, organized, and clean. The desserts they have showcased look absolutely beautiful, it's like they have works of art on display. Also inside is a small area of tables and chairs where patrons can sit down and relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or baked goods near large windows; it's reminiscent of a cafe. It has a an overall warm, open, and relaxed atmosphere that is only bolstered by the friendliness of the staff there that greet you amiably with a pleasant smile - rain or shine. The employee there who assisted us was not only nice, but she also helped me whenever I had questions. Their prices for items are a bit high, but at least with this bakery you are receiving quality. The desserts here taste as wonderful as they look. There is a wide selection of delectable treats offered here including: gelatto, cookies, brownies, cannolis, cakes (popular cheesecake included), macaroons, eclairs and cupcakes; and they have "Euro specialty pastries and cookies." The overall pricing, quality and presentation of the desserts give off an impression of an upscale bakery. Custom ordering is available, and I was told that you call in for it and that three days were needed. For orders they have a wide selection of options available for cakes, pies, and pastries. So far I have tried one of their cakes, cookies, and cannolis and all tasted splendid. There's also a nice section of the shop that sells items, but I didnt bother to browse them. It's great that this city has had such a great local establishment opened that offers such quality baked goods. Give this place a shot - you won't be disappointed!

I just want it thank Blue Rose for taking my last minute order I called on Thursday afternoon for a 8 inch naked caked I needed the cake for the next day by 3 o clock and they were able to make it for me with out any complaints the person on the phone was so sweet and tried her best to make it happen after a call to the baker just to make sure they were able to do it she called me back in 10 min i am very thankful for there great customer service and I would continue to do business with them my order was a vanilla cake with strawberry custard inside I added the flower and cake topper

Had a great eggs Benedict and took strawberry cheesecake and an eclair home. Best cheesecake. Ate at Blue Ribbon Diner not the bakery.

My sister backed out last minute on making the cake for our mom's 90th birthday! Blue Rose to the rescue! They had several cakes in the case to choose from when I called (in a panic). The employee who took my call was so helpful in making a decision... 2 cakes! (I always over do it lol)
We picked them up the next day and they were beautiful and oh so wonderfully delicious... chocolate mousse cake and a marble cake. While there we also bought a variety of pastries and cookies, that were beyond delicious, for the rest of the weekend gatherings. Everybody could not stop saying how wonderful everything was... thank you Blue Rose!!
