I have been a customer of The DePaulo Agency for 10+ years and continue to be a very satisfied client. I used to do my own insurance, and Linda was able to save me so much, even increasing my coverage! I also bundle (house/car), so I save even more. Renewals are seamless, and they continue to have my best interest (coverage and price) in mind. I highly recommend their services, and it doesn’t hurt to have them run your info to see what they can do for you.

Working with the Depaulo agency has been a wonderful experience. My agent Krystle seems to always be working to find me the best rates and get me the best coverage I should have. She is proactive. The staff is friendly and helpful. Always attentive to my needs. I’m very happy to do business with the Depaulo agency.

But don't just take my word for it, stop in and speak with anyone of the staff and you'll see, rest assured , this is the agency you want to be with!!

I see a couple of very poor reviews here, and find that odd; my experiences over the MANY years have always been nothing but positive. The staff is always friendly and ready to serve you, Krystal is phenomenal and really knows her stuff and will go out of her way, And Linda, the office manager, is smart as they come and works her butt off. I haven't seen Dave in years (the ladies probably told him to stay out of the way), but he is a good guy too who understands that the business is about the customers. But, I guess that there are just some folks for whom there is no pleasing... Bob Gilbert

Myself and my family have all had insurance (car and home) policies with the agency for many years. During that time, we have added many cars to our policy. We have needed guidance and direction on how to handle various situations. Each time everyone at the Depaulo Agency has done their very best to assist us. Ms. Webster of this agency quickly and efficiently processed my request to

Keep in mind both my reviews are somewhat old, so maybe it's in better hands now. When I first went here it was owned by a gruff ex-marine who insured my "monster" with no issues. The ones it was bought by later on were another matter however. With one exception who was pleasant, the business was taken over by some very rude, catty and openly hostile women. I mentioned to my new agent that her secretary had been abrasive with me on the phone when all I did was ask for her and she told me "I'm sorry you felt that way, but she could not have been rude to you." Er..I used to work retail and I know the customer is not always right but gas-lighting me? really? After a very frustrating time trying to find cheaper insurance 3 times I ditched these people for my mom's guy, Mercury, at least he isn't a complete jerk to me. What a shame.
