We had our vinyl siding painted about 16yrs ago and were ready to repaint with a new color. The estimate process and going to contract was quick and easy. While it took us a while to decide on a color, we were scheduled for painting as soon as we had picked a color. The crew was amazing and the finished product better than we ever imagined! We are having a deck replaced and the crew will return once the deck is finished to do any touch up that might be needed. We recommend for any exterior painting and will be reaching out for an estimate for some interior work too!

We have used certa pro for several projects both inside and out. Their work is of a high quality and the finished product looks wonderful. They conduct themselves professionally and the work is completed on schedule and the home was left clean.

Although not the most expensive or the cheapest, from start to finish, the professionalism was outstanding. Great care was taken in making sure the work was completed properly. The after care was awesome as well. The crew that did the job I would want them back for any future jobs. The girls in the office were very attentive.

They did efficient and excellent work. My job was relatively small, repainting 3 sets of shutters, so it can be hard to find someone good to do smaller jobs. Only one problem is that the final bill didn't reflect my down payment, and I had to tell them to correct that. So just be careful to check your invoice before remitting payments. But I WOULD use them again.

The crew worked around the weather to give us an excellent job that was completed even sooner than we expected. The guys were polite and respectful of the "old folks" and our house. Thanks so much. We would highly recommend CertaPro!

Certapro painters painted the entire interior of my home. I had paint stains on the baseboard left by a previous contractor and Navin was able to clean up those areas on the baseboard making it look like new. Navin and his team were polite, courteous, friendly and dependable. They were prompt in arriving every morning and worked from the time they arrived until they left. Navin explained what they had completed that day and what they would be doing the next day. The communication was refreshing from what I had experienced in the past with other contractors. They made sure everything was cleaned up and put away each day before leaving, The work they did was Outstanding! I have never had such a great experience with any contractor like I had with Certapro Painters. I highly recommend Certapro Painters!

Certa Pro Albany repaired and replaced a significant amount of damaged wood siding, fascia and window trim, then painted our entire house and garage. This excellent work couples with some other landscape improvements contributed to us winning the 2022 Village of Lake George Beautification Award! We had a great experience with CertaPro of Schenectady! Ted and Mariko were quick to respond and set up a visit in order to give us an estimate. The estimate was reasonable and made sense to us. We scheduled the job for a few weeks later, but they were actually able to come out sooner which helped our project. The painting crew was very professional, friendly, and considerate, arriving right on time. They prepared the space with lots of drop cloths and worked quickly and efficiently. They left the space exactly as they found it, but with a sparkling new paint job--not a single drip on the floor or walls to be found! No question I will book this team for future paint jobs. We found CertaPro after many months of frustration with our outdoor deck which gets a ton of sun and was quickly deteriorating. CertaPro was able to come out same day as our inquiry and provide a quote shortly after. The quote was around the pricing we expected given our deck is on the large side. Everything from stripping the current stain to re-stain and finishing touches were done professionally and thoroughly. We had painters, Chad and Terrence come out for our project and they were phenomenal! They checked in every time they arrived, had us look at stain colors once they started to apply and checked in before they left to recap their work for the day. They were very prompt, professional and took their time getting into all crevices. I was impressed by their attention to detail and communication with us. Certa pro was out the very next day after I contacted them for an estimate. They talked me through a few different concerns or options. Communication with the office was not always the best (a carpenter showed up at 7am unannounced), but the whole painting team was very professional and enjoyable. They did an excellent job painting the exterior of my house. I'm very pleased with the work and the price.

Crew was efficient and did quality work despite the extended height of the house and various shapes and sizes of the windows. The on site manager made sure to communicate with me during the process. I will definitely use them again.

CertaPro did a fantastic job helping us prepare our house for sale: they powerwashed our 3-story 100-year old house, then did a perfect touch-up of the entire paint job, then stained our badly worn deck. The house looked new when they were done. Most important, it sold the first day on the market for way above our asking price!

My husband and I can't say enough good things about CertaPro. Setting up an estimate was done online and was very easy. Kim was extremely knowledgeable and detailed everything that would be done. The painters were fantastic. We just had our kitchen remodel and they fixed some issues the contractor left. Overall completely in love with the work they did.
