Centerwork Pilates

Centerwork Pilates has been an amazing experience. I began Pilates after my third child and I can't thank Melissa enough for helping me on my journey with the love of Pilates and helped me strengthen my core again. She is the most engaging, friendly and knowledgeable instructor who makes you feel at ease as soon as you enter her studio. I highly recommend you try a session with Melissa, you'll be hooked.

Melissa is amazing! She made me realize I had muscles I didn't know existed. I feel stronger and longer after several weeks. She is extremely patient and motivating and very easy to work with.

I truly loved my private session today. Pilates is a life changing practice and connecting to teachers and studios who can enhance my own practice is what I call benefits with rewards!
