Have got 2 vehicles from them.... Very pleased with BOTH. Yes of course you have the minimum fixing costs ! BUTTTT That being said they are VERY HONEST and you ARE BUYING IT AS IS !!! If you are buying a vehicle just like from ANYWHERE else you do your own looking over of the vehicle, you drive it off the lot and take it to be scanned and looked over by another mechanic. We have done this and GUESS WHAT they have made it right EACH time in a time frame of a week getting of getting the vehicles. If something came up after that week we was held responsible for the repair cost, If it is something they could or should have taken care of before selling the vehicle they did so! If it is something they was honest about when you put your money into it before driving off their lot YOU SHOULD be held accountable for that cost NOT THEM !! To see these bad reviews is beyond me I HAVE BY NO MEANS BEEN TREATED UNFAIRLY BY THEM. Yea I may have had to put money into a vehicle/vehicles I bought from them BUT AGAIN... I BOUGHT IT UNDER THE UNDERSTANDING IT WAS AS IS !!! But was told by HONEST PEOPLE What I needed to fix before driving off their lot !! LOVE THEM AT SAYBROOK AUTOBLOCK WOULD AND HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO MY OWN FAMILY !!! Put my children in BOTH my vehicles from them and feel safe about doing so !!

Like always I was treated like family the guys at saybrook autoblock kind and very helpful. They have help me when I was down on my luck and as well as my daughter thanks to them life is better thank you to everyone there at saybrook autoblock you are always kind and helpful

First time I bought my vehicle there, I had no problems. 2nd time around, I got screwed to the wall. I even recommended a friend to them, and he too got screwed over. Needless to say, both he and I took our POS vehicles back to the lot! They are scammers! Never again! Their machinics don’t know what they are doing!

Don't recommend they sale cheap lemons as is and when they break down soon after driving off their lot, they do sketchy repairs which in the long run cost you more money and the car most likely won't be worth it sticking abunch of money into anyways. They have ripped off many customers. Only thing good about this place is the cheap down payment and monthly payment and they let unlicensed driver's drive cars off their lot. Buyers beware

These people are crooks pd Cash for a vehicle and told oh runs good. Stay away from them not a honest person and very much selling lemons and doesn't even try to make it right or help fix issues.. very much so a crook. Crooks ! Stay away from this dealership

This man sold his own niece a car that transmission didn't even last a couple months & had so many problems knowing she had kids to put in that car. 0/10 would NOT recommend.

Worst place ever made all my payments on time came up for them to fix a mirror they claim a Sirius radio was taken out took vehicle back from me over that found breach in contract on their end now have a huge lawsuit open on their end n I'm not stopping till I run their name into the ground first experience ever buying a vehicle n definitely will never buy a vehicle like this again will pay outright from here on out for any vehicle that I buy

Nice ppl, good customer service, not too many good cars but hey, I found one that was decent. Side note, car broke down, said they would give my money back now today the lady don't work there and they don't know what's going on with my vehicle.. do not recommend them

Sold me a vehicle that wouldn't soon as I drove off the lot!! Gave the car back! They was ride said well you still have to pay for it?? After they took my money and still have no car!!

I don't recommend this place at all. They're thefts. They don't help if you have a problem. They'll take you're car without you knowing or your consent plus they are racist..
