I honestly love my couselor they try to help me as much as they can ive been going here for a while. My counselor is very understanding and always listens. I honestly wouldnt want any other counselor thank you for being their for me.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful ☺. They get you the best possible help you need. Could not ask for a better group of caring people

Front staff are entitled.,rude and told me I was wasting the counselors time as they take money from my pocket. This place is a total waste of time. The only thing that keeps the building standing is David. Other than that they only know how to deal with drug addicts if they can even handle that

Listen to the other reviews. Cancelled my appointment without notice. They tried to lie and said they called and left a voicemail but absolutely did NOT. I have the newest flagship phone so it does not have problems with receiving calls.

Unreliable. They Always call to change appointments schedules last minute when people have a work schedule. Close early some days with no notice, they ask if you’d like to have a text reminder about appointments but I have yet to get one

Absolutely useless. The counselors and front desk. Appointments get canceled without notifying you. I had made appointments with the front desk and then my counselor told me she didn't have me scheduled. The lady's at the front desk are rude. I was made to feel stupid when I made an apt and they canceled it without telling me. They misinform you and never remember who you are. Absolute joke of a counseling office.

Bad place to go. If you want to see a psychiatrist here as a new client you can expect a 3-4 month wait before you'll see one.

Staff at the front desk were very unprofessional.

A lot of dirty druggie people loitering around waiting for appointments, some standing outside smoking pot right next to a no smoking sign. I saw this behavior with my own eyes, in front of a place where people are supposed to seek substance abuse treatment, and staff here didn't care when I told them.

Receptionist treated me like a burden but nice to the other 20 people that came in after me. Appointment at 930am, arrived at 920am. After clearing 20 people out of waiting area and by 10am, I was still waiting to be seen for my appointment. I walked out. I do not recommend them.

Not overly impressed with them and what got acoplished in my intake session. When I came in knowing what I needed help with.
The office girls seemed impersonal.
They are not considerate of your time. Therapy sessions are ok . Made no progress in 6 months of active treatment unless you are on drugs don't go here.

Place is a joke. If you need counseling, or treatment for substance abuse I'd go some where else they only care about making money and doing the bare minimum. There groups are basically packed to where each person has 2 minutes to talk.

Councillors have no control of the groups, you will here heroin addicts, Glamour and praise junky parties and how much fun heroin is and where to get heroin, what street corner, how much it costs, the dealer's nickname and where to find him.

Great place to find a babysitter that will more than likely not be honest about anything ..the secretary tried to get my phone number but she wasn't my type she said I'm in love with thick women and I agree
