The employees are always helpful, whether it's looking up parts or helping to locate the best options. They are also always cheerful, which is nice when you are in there because something happened to your vehicle and you are already a bit frazzled. Great service, helpful, and great attitudes - they carry a lot of different things from brakes to windshield wipers, and vehicle accessories like chargers for your electronics, even deer whistles.

Was driving home when started having car issues! pulled into Napa ,and and was hoping someone could help me. the gentleman inside could not be more polite😃He immediately came out was helping me look at my fuse box.He fixed the problem and he had a smile on his face the whole time couldn't ask for better service. unlike the previous auto parts store I went to ,this store knew what I wanted and found it instead of looking the car up ,and telling part not available, nice to deal with people who know there jobs A +
